Fast service, adequate breakfast, good room cleanliness

Highly recommended for those of you who are new to Hong Kong, this hotel is clean, comfortable and close to the MTR causeway bay stadium only 2 minutes walk, this hotel is close to places to eat, malls, pharmacies, Uniclo, H&M, Sogo. Basically the causeway bay area is nice .... cool cool guys. you have to try staying here 🤩🤩🤩🥰 I've stayed in Jordan and Kowloon but for the area, CAUSEWAYBAY is still the champion ✅️👍

Booked some rooms for my family during their stay in Hong Kong. All the bedrooms are quite clean and the size is acceptable. What I like the most about this hotel is the location that is near the MTR station and bus stop, so it is very accessible. I also like the fact that they do not require us to pay a deposit up front like any other hotels in Hong Kong do. Staffs are also super friendly and it's definitely a plus for foreigners like us! A little revitalization on the guests rooms will be good to improve the experience.

The location is very strategic, right across from Time Square Mall (inside Time Square there is MTR so it's easy to go anywhere). The standard room size is not too big but still enough for a few suitcases and there is still a sofa to relax. The breakfast menu offered every day is the same (there are 4 menus, my favorite while there was bread salmon egg mayo, it was delicious). We can also take breakfast away to the room so it's practical. The cleanliness of the room is quite good, cleaned every day by the cleaning service. No deposit required and checkout is very easy, you only need to return the room card to the receptionist without asking anything. Recommended👍👍

Stayed with the family with my wife and son, we had a very good time here. The location is the best, it is so close to Times Square and MTR. My only downside was the breakfast, though. The menu is too boring, but that's just me.

Super central location. City view at its best. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping malls... Also lots of street food nearby.

Stayed 2 times in this hotel already. Everything you need is here in this hotel. Right beside Times Square mall and the MTR station. So many places to go to beside it, like the Lee Gardens. There is also a small street at the back which has places that close like 3 AM, so if you arrive really late you can grab some food and drinks there at the back.

Awesome, stayed there for a week 😘, even though the breakfast was the same ABCD choices everyday, it didn't matter for us. The front desk was always helpful, also Mr. Wing, the man who helped us with our trolley luggage to the taxi in front of the hotel. Will stay there again next time. Definitely.

Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat dengan pusat keramaian, mall, dan MRT. Kamar bersih, linen bersih, tempat tidur nyaman. Sarapan cukup enak dan mengenyangkan walau cuma ada 4 pilihan. Pelayanan staff luar biasa. Surely be back staying here.

I stayed in this hotel a few times, it was good and OK, but recently I stayed there after a few years haven't gone back to Hongkong. I stayed the from the 25th of Nov to 27th of Nov 2023. Someone stole some of my money from my back pack, it was horrible. That ' s why I gave such a bas rating. The hotel was great and the locations is good. Anyway with such a bad experience, it makes everything looks really bas.

Location is good. Downside is, booked 2 single beds. Instead got a queen bed and 1 extra bed, photo attached. Not comfortable.

The location is very strategic across from Time Square and close to the MTR, the size of the room is quite spacious, the breakfast is good, but the service here is not very helpful.

Good location, its the best location in Hongkong Island. Its very near to evrrywhere. The room is a bit small, but its still quiet decent size.
