It was clean and convenient. Great location, amazing amenities, and that breakfast!!! What more could I ask?

Our room key has to be replaced many times! And no hot tub.

Pleasantly surprised overall. Room was spare but clean and had everything we needed. Cute college town with lots of great choices for food in downtown. Recommend Country Cafe for breakfast

I traveled with small children and our room was large and comfortable. The pool was nice and we used it several times. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us.

Toilet would not flush properly. I had to take the lid off everytime I used the toilet and jiggle the float everytime I used it. Toilet ran all night as I could fix it. Because I prepaid through Expedia I wasn't able to get any discount. Also if you prepay your stay via Expedia you can't get the government rate which they refused me at the desk. I was staying at this location while I was on governmental business. I should have gotten the government rate. Very Disappointed!

The reception staff member who checked us in on 4/5/25 at 3;00 was very friendly, interested in why we were staying and what brought us to the Ellensburg area. She had a meaningful conversation and was very compassionate.
