Really enjoyed my stay the staff was great room clean.

Place looked great and felt cozy. We will stay again, but the lobby had no air conditioning and it was way too hot to stay and enjoy a cocktail after dinner.

Good location for the airports

Hotel staff very friendly. However, room was not ready when arrived. Had an event at 5 arrived at hotel to check in at 3 the room was still dirty. We had to wait and hour for our room to be ready. Arrived in room still dirty beds were made sloppy. Bathroom floor very dirty. Nightstand and table desk very dirty had to wipe with wipes.

Appreciated the bar and restaurant on site.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Room set up was comfortable.

The room was fine but the AC unit was so LOUD!! It woke me up all night. Otherwise, the stay was fine

Hotel was great but don’t eat in the restaurant! Food was brought out cold. Never got server back to return it.

Less confusion and having a room ready at check-in. Our Check-in associate ( I think his name was Will) was rude and condescending. We checked in at 3:45 and we were told that we had to wait 30 minutes before our room would be ready. He handed us a door key packet for our room. So we decided to run an errand and came back at 4:15 and was told it would another 10 minutes. Then the check-in associate said: "Give me that". I said "Give you what". He said "That" pointing to my key packet. I handed it to him and he gave me another key packet for a different room. He just treated us like we were scum of the earth.

Newly remodeled property. The bathroom configuration in our room was very strange. Bed was placed next the the AC unit that turned on and off all night. I was either freezing or burning up. Lots of outdoor traffic noise - loud vehicles. Our room faced the street.

The bed wasn’t made each day and there was no breakfast as most Holiday Inns I’ve stayed have offered. Otherwise, it was comfortable enough.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. There was some minor construction happening and some things in the room were showing wear and tear: a broken shelf in the shower, a loose tile on the bathroom floor. Service was okay, polite but not friendly and a little bewildered.

I would stay there again but there was a humming noise in our room that was annoying.

Very clean rooms, I got sick on our trip so I took tons of showers and I love never running low on hot water. Lots of things to do around the area. Staff so polite.

Payed for mediocre breakfast. Breakfast served 6-10 am wheb I came down at 20 min til was told I can only get take away. When I called for extra pillows was told by staff they are ‘the only one at the desk therefore if I wanted pillows I have to come get them myself’ beyond poor customer service
