Everything went like clockwork

Parked 15mins to pick up my luggage and a week later I got a parking fine 😡😡😡😡😡

Adequate airport stay but small double bed and poor room facilities far inferior to Premier Inn.

Scrambled eggs were dry

Very convenient for airport and food choice and quality was better than expected which was a great bonus for our stay.

Always get a good stay at Holiday Inn both business and pleasure

Quick, efficient check in. Good wifi and excellent breakfast. Shuttle bus to the airport every half an hour for £4.

A good hotel with all facilities, near airport, with a regular shuttle service.

The accommodation was spot on, just the breakfast need more food choices for example fried eggs, mushrooms

Good value for money but think transfers to and from the airport should be free for an airport hotel

Wonderful breakfast and nice staff. The only problem was the sofa bed for the kids that was too soft.

Perfect location near stansted airport literally a couple of minutes from mid stay parking.

Handy for airport

The air conditioning did not work in either of our two rooms. That made the entire night terrible. We chose this hotel for that reason. So not good there. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was great too and nice to have. Lastly, the shuttle to the airport made things very convenient.

Comfortable and quiet. Five minutes / 1.5 miles drive to airport parking. Breakfast from 4am was a real bonus. Great staff. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel, staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious

Room was clean, quiet and comfy. We didn't need anything more as only staying in order to catch early flight next week. Despite leaving at 430, we were impressed that there was breakfast and drinks available at 4 to eat there or take to the airport. I was a bit shocked by cost of the transfer to and from the airport though. Our coach dropped us at station, and transfer to hotel was £4 each, then same the next morning to get back to the airport. This seemed very expensive for a 5 minute bus journey, and definitely something to bear in mind budget wise. As this was the difference between being cheaper or mosre expensive than a cab from home to airport (which we will do next time).
