Clean and professional

The front guy wasn't friendly. Wasnt rude just wasnt friendly. The room couldn't maintain a temp. It was either too cold or too hot.

The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The property/room was very clean and organized. Would definitely stay again!

The room was clean, but that was about the only positive. The neighbors were smoking marijuana, and the smell was obnoxious. It is very noisy due to traffic and the road nearby. The elevator was out of order when we checked out, and the response from staff was “we have stairs at both ends of the hallway to use.” Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

Very clean hotel

Location is perfect, right off of I-10. Plenty of restaurants in the area as well as a Walmart. Typical Holiday Inn decor - clean, simple. King Suite room is spacious, nice furnishibgs. Love the use of Dove Soap products, including hand soap and lotion dispensers in the bathroom as well as shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. Would definitely stay again

Convenient location, clean and quiet room, good breakfast

Everything appeared clean, area was safe and convenient to major roads, employees were friendly and attentive especially those in food service for free breakfast and the house cleaning staff.

I had a really good overnight stay. The staff were nice, I had very clean room, and I enjoyed breakfast.

Enjoyed location very much.
