I didn’t like the price! Almost $400 for a double bed for one night in early June. Highway robbery! I can get a hotel in NYC for less than that!

Great location, clean rooms, comfy beds, hot water and those cinnamon rolls for breakfast-tough to beat!

Consistently Excellent Stays I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn in Durham, NH on several occasions, and it’s always a pleasure. The hotel is consistently clean, convenient, and welcoming. The fitness center is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel of this size—well-maintained and fully equipped. And the breakfast? Absolutely killer! It’s a great way to start the day. I look forward to returning again soon.

Excellent, well kept property. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Considering the hotel was pretty empty, was sort of surprised at the relatively high cost, though it is pretty much the only show in town.

Meh. For $400 a night you'd at least think you'd have a clean room. Nope. Stained carpets, dirty windows....odd smell. Won't be staying again.

Perfect for those visiting UNH. Limited parking and rooms are on the smaller side. Good for a 1 night stay.

Place was clean and bed was nice. Air condition wall unit didnt work and room was very hot.

Close to UNH to walk to... Good, clean hotel. Competent staff, though they were hardly ever at the front desk. Only saw someone once when I checked in...otherwise, no one was ever up front.

Property seemed tired, breakfast was virtually inedible

This property needs to learn the value of community. Anytime there is an event for UNH, they drive up their prices at the expense of the UNH community. The price point for a single night in April (off season) was over $300. For that price we got a room with the wrong bedding that had stains on the walls and basically seemed one step above a roadside motel. Breakfast was included but very poor - items were charred to the heating dishes, etc. When I completed the hotel survey and highlighted these concerns, the managers could have cared less. They were likely too busy taking their money to the bank.

Great location for visiting UNH. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, check in and out was quick and easy.
