Overall good! Nice, quiet hotel

Did not meet a rude staff member once. All were very friendly..Hotel was clean, however needed some repairs..drywall in bathroom just small things. Probably will stay here again if in the area

When going to eat breakfast downstairs, they cleaned our room and threw away our stuff at 9 am. The checkout wasn't until 11 am and we hadn't checked out yet. There was nothing done about our stuff being thrown out.

We stay here visiting friends for past 12 years. We enjoy it's near mall and restaurants. Staff is polite and professional. Breakfast is clean and free. It's time for an upgrade but it's clean and safe.

Honestly booked this one by accident. Wasn’t able to cancel. I searched for Union city and this location popped up. Didn’t even think about it. Sucks I lost money.

We have been visiting friends there for past 8 years. Saturday we attended one of those friends memorial service. As always the staff made us feel like home! We had to go down and ask for a new bed cover as ours was really dirty. Looked like the cover hasn’t been change for months . I was really disappointed.

Tv didn’t work. Had to call front desk for new batteries

I come to Dyersburg for work from out of town and I always stay here. Great staff, clean rooms
