Hotel smelled humid as if the floors have water damage. They had dehumidifiers all throughout the hallway. The rooms smelled like water, but in a bad way, like mold. They would not give me in my granddaughter, a new room because We booked through a third-party. They said do not book this hotel. It smells like mold on all the floors. It is not suitable to sleep in. Only one elevator was working, the breakfast was only cereal, and bagels due to the oven not working, all the floors smelled of mold. DO NOT BOOK!

Customer service was good/normal. The hotel on the other hand was horrible. My 67year old mother and my 10 year old niece stayed on 3rd floor which felt and smelled like it had flooded recently. They had dehumidifiers outside every room on the third floor and on second floor they had only 3 dehumidifiers in the hallway. The second floor also smelled of water and mold. My cousin stayed in the 4th floor and did not smell anything and said there were no dehumidifiers outside in the hallway. We paid for two rooms for three nights each, so around $800. Only one elevator worked, hallways and rooms smelled wet and mildew, kitchen was out of service ( free breakfast was cereal and bagels). They should not rent rooms that are not fit to sleep in. They would not change my mom’s room to a new one, stating “ you booked through a third party, we can not give you a new room”. DO NOT BOOK this hotel

There were stains on the bed top cover, phone didn’t work. They don’t answer when you call. Hair in the shower. I like how the store is a minute walk. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was good.

We couldn't stay. The hitel had dehumidifiers everywhere, black mold in the rooms, the sheets were damp from the moisture, the decals on the walls were coming off becaise even the walls were wet. The lady at the front desl, Bridgette was amazing. Poor lady was up there sweating and stull smiling and doing her best to please customers. The maintenance man thar was working was so accommodating, he we to checl 3 different rooms to find us the best room they had. It didnt work out, but those two rmployees were rockstars. Sad to see a Holday Inn Express in this poor condition. We even met guests in the parking lot that actually went and bought a box fan for their room to stay cool. Now hotels.com is trying to chase thebhitel down for a refund. It's all on this hitel, hitels.com has been wonderful so far. Waiting on a refund.

The stay was fine. Close to the pot, which was perfect for our family cruise. Customer service was amazing. Fred was such a kind and fun interactive person. But somehow, I was double charged. I had already paid through the hotels.com app...so i was not supposed to be charged again for two rooms. Working with my bank now to correct the issue. I am unable to reach anyone via phone or email.

When I arrived at the hotel, the staff treated me very poorly. They asked for my ID, and while everything seemed fine at first, they didn’t hand my ID back to me as I gave it to them. they placed it on the me pick it up myself. The attitude was terrible, and I felt it was discriminatory. The person was a bald African American man, and I am Hispanic. I felt very discriminated against and was extremely upset with how he spoke to me. I do not recommend this place. When we got to the room, it smelled really bad, a very strong odor, possibly something to do with the air. Honestly, I do not recommend it at all. However, the African American woman working in the morning, who is tall with long hair, was very kind and attentive. I believe she handles breakfast and is very polite and helpful with everyone. I recommend her service, but not the other guy who attended me first. His attitude was awful.

Property was clean. But not maintained very well. Guest washer out of service, and one of the elevators was not working. Breakfast was good. There's a convenient store and a Jack in the box in walking distance. That was nice. But, the walls were thin. I could hear everyone who was in the hallway all hours of the day and night.

Waited 30 mins for check in and they gave me unclean room after complaining made me wait another 30 mins before providing a room. Property on whole itself so unclean including elevator. No body wash in body wash dispenser they provided. No enough towels or sheets. Over all disappointmented with the stay. Break fast is good

The staff was not friendly at all and the night front desk staff was sagging & smelled like weed. Both the day desk clerk & night was always on personal calls on phone. Acted inconvenienced anytime you needed something. The 1st room they gave us smelled horrible but they did give us another and it was ok but you could tell it was not very clean.
