I had an issue with my reservation. I had originally booked for 2 nights, plans changed. I only stayed one night. upon checking out, I wasn't given a receipt. I was referred to Hotels.com. I have been with Hotels.com for years and this is the first time this has happened to me. Third party booking does not will not work for me. If I am paying for my accommodation, I should have been able to receive a receipt for the time I actually was there. I was told I would receive an email receipt. I have not received anything. I don't care for this policy at all !!!
