The staff was amazing and so nice, could not have asked for better customer service. Only thing I was shocked and disappointed about was construction at motel-there was nothing on the description about construction going on when booking, and just general oldness of it. It did not fit the high rating on Expedia and definitely not the cost of the room. I feel it should have been about 40% lower than what I was charged. For the condition of the morel.

They are in the middle of the remodeling.

Very dirty everywhere! Even when I pointed out the filth hanging from the furniture above the breakfast bar, they only partially wiped half the section. Really bad management and lazy workers hanging around lobby for hours. STAY AWAY!

Hotel was like a junkyard. The property was not well maintained and the rooms were dirty and looked and felt old. The front entrance had two haunted type lights to welcome guest. Please replace these lights with modern looking lights now!!!!

Room was clean the breakfast was so good all except the “eggs” lol but I get how expensive real eggs would be to feed the masses. We would stay here again

The bed was comfortable. However, room/hotel is outdated. Our blanket looked old and had a tear. Quite surprising for a Holiday Inn. Breakfast was good. Customer service was good at check in and breakfast area. Housekeeping ladies were nice.

Not very clean, breakfast was poor, pancake machine broken, not the best experience for the price…

Property wasn’t very well kept

Overall the staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. We appreciate Charles at the front desk for fixing the TV in our room.

The hotel is currently in the midst of renovations and we were in a "Just Renovated" room and were shocked at some of workmanship or lack there of! The new paint was poorly done, bathroom fixtures were not completed, fan grate in bath ceiling was hanging from one screw. The molding in the bathroom was so bad the workers just filled the gaps with plaster or RTV to cover their poor work! It looked like the room was partially done but they decided to make it available anyway. I wish we had taken pictures of some of the shoddy workmanship. Also, we could never get the TV to work at all, it was like it hadn't been programmed yet. Luckily we were so tired we didn't care.

Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was decent. Building has some renovations going on but wasn’t noisy at all.

Our door lock messed up and would not let us in. A cleaning woman tried to assist but also, was not able to get in. We told the front desk and the manager on duty tried many things but also, could not get in. So, she called the main manager who had to come in. We went down to the lobby to wait. The manager came in but didnt pass by us since we were sitting near the only elevator door. He worked on it a while, unsuccessfully, and we were told we were going to have to move to another room. Thankfully, it wasnt far. We sat in the lobby for over an hour and this main manager could have at least come by and appologised for the inconvenience but we never saw him.

Hotel was very clean.

Good stay. Will try to book every time I visit Wichita Falls.

Hotel is run down. Our room was not that clean there are cracks from water damage in the bathroom. Some type of mechanical alarm or piece of equipment kept going off all night disturbing sleep. Not a great place to stay.
