When I move in, the room looks like doesn’t have people in for a while, and my bed had big, no front desk available, and the dryer was broken.NO recommendation.

The room not clean , strange smell , and I don’t thing it safe place to stay in

Checked in about 8pm on 6/20/25 when I got to my room the room was so hot and muggy. I called front desk from the room but the phone did not work well went down to talk to the front desk person but he was not there so I called he stated that it was just because it was extremely hot and humid outside and that the room should cool once the temps dropped. I put the ac on 60 and left for a few hours when I got back the room was still extremely warm and muggy we checked and the compressor wasn’t kicking on so we grabbed our things and checked out when I talked to front seat person and told him we were checking out he had no compassion for our issue.

The clerk was nice at checkin but in the room the air conditioning was not working (was running but not cold - was told to open a window). Would recommend updating air conditoning or installing fan - heat was unbearable!!!

The kitchenette was amazing, I didn’t like they did not have a pool even though one was advertised before booking.

They front desk staff are polite. No house keeping staff were deployed. Had to leave the hotel on stay early because of a broken shower or issue the water was leaking downstairs to the other room. Front desk staff barged in the room while my wife was showering and had no clothes. We both were scared. I spent 2 and a half hours moving my property very unprepared for this move. The manager was very rude at hearing our concern for a refund because the stay was horrible. Photos of Roach catches all over the room for a roach problem. Have photos of the roach catches, we were very unsatisfied with this stay.

Staff was awesome my husband and I usually stay here once a month.

At night there were German roaches by stove and sink

Staff was nice but rooms were full of maintenance issues. Took three rooms to find one acceptable. Would not stay there again.

Starting with the positive: The young man at the front desk was so nice, very friendly. Since we arrived so late, we weren’t able to address this till the next morning, but we had no air-conditioning and it was uncomfortably hot. The helpful front desk guy moved us the next day, where we had working AC but no TV. Yes, these rooms are cheap so we had low expectations, but having a clean room, bathroom is a pretty standard expectation.

Management put my son on “no rent list” and did not provide a reason. The manage “Becky” whom is truly a “Karen” was disrespectful to him and a family member. It’s a shame to treat “military associates” in a way that leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

First thing pulling onto property, there were 3 people sitting by a car, right across from the entrance, with a cooler and numerous empty beer cans on the ground. Did realize these people were extended stay guests, that were working in the area and were probably just unwinding from a long work week. So, we let that slide. Walking up the stairs, to our room, the carpet was extremely stained, to the point it looked like people had repeatedly drug many bags of dark liquid up and down. You could also see where wheel marks had ground the stains in deep. Opened the door of our room and had an immediate odor or cigarette smoke and the toilet was running. My wife went to use toilet and noticed a dust/dirt pile in corner, by the tub. Also noticed there was only 1 little bottle of shampoo on counter and no conditioner or body wash. While using toilet, it started running again. Went to bedroom and there was dust/dirt under the top sheets and a huge red stain on the carpet. Living room had cigarette burns in the carpet. Couch had stains and uneven, lumpy cushions. There was not any bedding for the pullout couch. Toilet started running again. I'm sure some of this could have been remedied by contacting front desk, but we didnt stay long enough to consider that option. We left and went to another hotel. The good of our experience was, the staff at check in. Very nice and polite.

There were minor broken things in the room. The tub was clogged up and it smelled like cigarettes but overall Was alright stay

Weird place. Only one door you can get access into after the lobby closes.
