Doesn't look much from the outside, but very nice apartment. Close to transport links or around 25 minute walk to central Vienna, 10 minutes to HOHO bus at Votive church. Cleas instructions on how to access apartment. Overall we had a lovely stay and were very happy

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Two grocery stores are nearby. I could walk to major points of interest around 30 minutes.

Great place

Stayed just 2 nights, inside property rooms lovely and warm, very clean bedding and apartment. Outside of property gave a bad impression, needs a repaint or refresh. Would have liked a better welcome pack especially choice of tea, english tea would have been greatly received. Considering 4 in a room 1 T bag pp wasnt very good for 2 nights and 3 days, had to buy our own and milk. Overall what we needed was a clean bed for the night so that was fine. Good place to put your head down if visiting for a quick cheap trip.

The apartment was perfect for us, everything we needed, helpful hosts. Trams stop very nearby, also could walk to the centre in 20 mins.

The location is great, being relatively close to the city center. The apartment itself was a bit disappointing. The sofa beds are quite old and not so comfortable. Some things did not work properly but the receptionist was kind enough to fix them.

The location is excellent for seeing the old city and the Christmas markets. Apartments are roomy,clean, and well equipped. We extended our stay for 4 more days because the apartment is so comfortable.

The receptionist was never available at the scheduled times, which was very inconvenient.

The web site pictures has nothing to do with reality.

Not service!!! It’s just an apartment, they have the same sistem as Airbnb, no reception!!! Nobody is there

We had a wonderful time and the location was perfect! We'd never rented an apt before when traveling and it worked out GREAT! The neighborhood had the feeling of an up and coming neighborhood with galleries, gritty shops, and the university down the street. Highly walkable and with a street car across the street from the apt. Nearby grocery stores made it easy to pick up morning pastries, a snack or dinner. The apt was very clean and simple. It was great to have a kitchen and we definitely used it. We wished for a dish rack to make it easier to wash/dry dishes. The office staff was helpful and made excellent suggestions. We had a wonderful time and loved the location.

The appartment was so lovely, very clean and spacious and we had everything we needed. The WiFi was very fast and the room was always warm (it was very cold outside) Walter was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was lovely. The entrance o the building which is industrial grey and unlit at night was scary. Very friendly service

The building is decent and the rooms are nice. The pictures in the website are a good reflection of the place. Overall, this is a good selection and worth the price for it

Close to transport links, restaurants and tourist locations. Cleans and comfortable.

Parked outside hotel to checkin, unload luggage, and purchase short term parking permit. In less than 5-min, I was given two parking tickets before I could even get back with the permits. Very poor setup for checkin

Good time spent in a clean, well appointed apartment. Accom was well located and communication and helpfulness of staff was second to none.
