Had to switch rooms 3 times because they were dirty . The rooms had a terrible smell to them and my elderly grandma had a hard time getting comfortable

We always get the king one bedroom sweet and it's fabulous. Very spacious all the essentials including refrigerator, two-burner elements for stove, garbage disposal, they take your trash right from outside your door. The southern hospitality is fabulous. Everyone at that hotel is wonderful! We've been there now twice and one other time in the area.

The carpet was clean and vacuumed, but it was stained in a few places and could use replacing. Someone with muscles of steel shut off the shower because it had a tendency to drip. I finally managed to wrestle it free, but perhaps management might want to let maintenance look at it. The office style chair was comfortable enough, but its wheels had seen better days. Perhaps they could be lubricated? It was not the hotel's fault that it rained, but the drops hit something that may have been metallic near my room at 2 a.m. and I awoke to what sounded like someone playing drums. The staff members I met were cheerful and amiable people, and they were very helpful in directions, etc. The bed was quite comfortable. A laminated card with TV channel listings would be helpful if looking for a specific one. No ice maker in the hotel, but there was a full sized refrigerator in the room, and I used its ice maker to get ice cubes.

Check in was smooth and efficient. A printed out channel guide would be nice for the TV. The carpet was vacuumed and clean, but it did have spots and seemed to be a tiny bit worn in some places. I have no idea what was outside my window when the rain started on the night of my stay, but it fell hard on maybe a metal housing (?) and sounded as if someone was playing the drums outside my window. The rain you can't help, but what it falls on, yes, you can.

We were given a 3rd floor room but the one elevator was broken. After a while we were given a 1st floor room. No breakfast. Dirty ac. Both external door locks didn’t work, either stuck open or the card didn’t work. Staff WAS nice though on the one bright side. I’d never stay at a Candlewood suites again

Front Desk attendant was rude and laughed when I attempted to check in despite having a confirmation. Was denied a room and told hotel was sold out, when I explained I had a confirmation she said it was no good. Asked for alternative options and was told it wasn’t her problem, to contact Expedia.

Jaded and visibly miserable staff in addition to minimal cleanliness. Not to mention, in a location that’s noisy and sketchy. Noticed that there was garbage underneath the bed, too. It’s clear to me that the hotel management’s leadership is weak; obviously, they don’t seem to be on top of addressing these issues. Overall stay was ok, but left a lot to be desired.

It's convenient and a safe area. No breakfast served. Pet fee a little expensive. Had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk for check-in. Room needed to be deodorized.

There were issues when I checked in. The clerk watched as I stood at the desk and just stared at me. I had to introduce myself and state I was checking in. The lady still stared at me as if I spoke a different language. Then I was told that the rooms werent ready although we were at during "check in" times. When we finally got to the rooms the shower curtains were missing, bed sheets were dirty and there were roaches in one of the rooms we rented. For the price point the rooms were very dated and not well cleaned. Will not be staying again.

The rooms were very clean, the staff were very helpful, they provided anything we needed. The room was well equipped with pots and pans, silverware, cups and plates, but I didn't realize that there was no oven. I guess I mistook the dishwasher as the oven. However my time spent there was good.
