The view is bad and not on the pool

Cean and very convenient to any where.

Hotel is perfect to stay and easy to go night market ,night life . And staff is all good service . Will visit here again when I travel to Phuket.

The room cannot be booked as it was booked. When checking in, the staff took to the room. The room is still not well prepared when checking out. The service is very slow. Waiting for a long time. Must improve the service. For a good room

Check in process was terrible; I have to wait for 2 hours before allowed to be check in, this happened to other guests as well on that day. The worst part, one of the staff at receptionist asked me to wait at the bench around the swimming pool. Unfortunately, I was being ‘chased’ by one of the other staff taking charged at the swimming pool, and asked me to wait somewhere else. This is ridiculous!!! What makes the situation worst is the key card malfunction and I have to change it...I think this is the worst 4 stars hotel I’ve ever stayed with. No more Patong Beach Hotel in the future!! By all mean, please avoid staying here!

Very good location, great breakfast

We booked a double bed. Give us a bed and have a 5 year old child too. Extra breakfast will be charged. The room price is already very expensive. 3680 baht for 4 nights, 2 rooms are almost 30,000 days after each stay.
