Yo much noise , duty all around

Los canales de televisión disponibles están horribles.

Being in 117 near the lobby I could hear everything going on at the lobby sometimes it was loud.

Great area

May be i would be better to provide disposable slippers.

We expected a Marriott standard but unclean bed sheets, dirty door knobs, and inadequate number of towels was disappointing.

Was a nice place to stay, convenient to continue traveling.

My first time in Chihuahua city and this property is ideal for shopping and dining. There is this area called Distrito Uno and it has everything you want for dining options. The hotel was clean, great location, front desk was helpful. My only negatives are that there is no mini fridge in room,and safe in room. Also the TV appeared to be a smart tv but we could not stream any Netflix or other apps on the TV. Otherwise, cleaning service was great, location was awesome and would stay there again. Also the two securities guards are very nice men and gave great recommendations to local restaurants that are yummy. Tacos, etc.

Great service! Breakfast was really good! Need a little bit of more noise control.

Everything was fine except the second day of my stay the coffee machine broke down. On my 4 day after being released from the hospital there was several different kind of people knocking on my room door. Too much noise through the hallways. Being an energy efficient hotel they should have quiet period of times for their guests. Specially the ones that go for a surgery much rest is needed and since they have an agreement with star medic they should be more cautious with those details.

Me cambiaron la habitación sin avisarme por “disponibilidad”, según ellos me enviaron un mensaje antes pero jamás recibí nada, y en el check-in ni un comentario me hicieron, me di cuenta hasta entrar a la habitación. Además el desayuno buffet deja mucho que desear, ya se que es la opción “continental” pero al llegar las charolas estaban vacías y se tardaron mucho en rellenarlas. Se que no es un hotel 5 estrellas pero si les falta dar mucha atención a los huéspedes.
