Clean and quiet!!

I loved the quiet of our room. Also the pool and sauna were lovely.

Clean

I wish the showerhead allowed better water pressure,, also, the coffeemaker was not working correctly..

Everything was wonderful. The staff are lovely and the service was all I could hope for!

SPOTLESS ROOM Courteous and swift check in

Clean room. They did their best to accomodate early check-in.

We stay for the casino for after our concert and it closed @ 11pm.

Excellent staff and hotel

The bed in our room lumpy. The food in the casino was over cooked.

There was lint on the floor in the room, the bathroom had water streaks on the wall that could have been cleaned off. It was difficult to plug in our CPAPs due to no power plugs on either side of the bed. The room layout was good, very roomy. It would have been a better experience if there was a higher standard of cleanliness applied to the room an hallway. A dirty plate and half dozen glasses were left on a table in the hallway when we arrived and we're still there when we left the hotel a day later. The hotel has great potential but there is no care or pride in the facility that I could see.

The roads around the resort were full of snow and black ice. This may change my mind in the staying here over winter months.

Clean rooms Staff are NOT friendly. Especially the night check in guy. We have worked with him before. Each interaction is NOT warm and welcoming.
