Pros: Awesome gym! And a good breakfast, comfortable room with balcony in a perfect location Cons: two small things would have made this trip far better: 1. either a shower curtain and/or plug that fit the bathtub. Showering sprayed the whole bathroom and a bath was impossible because the water wouldn’t hold 2. A do not disturb sign. A cleaner came in while I was changing, apologized but then never tried to clean again the rest of my stay!

Great staff at reception, good superior room with comfortable double bed. Pity the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and safe didn't work. Pool facilities looked good but we didn't use them as there was limited sun and no sun shades. Breakfast was noisy and quite cramped and the selection limited, not what we had experienced at a similar local hotel. Overall a comfortable stay centrally located.

Good value hotel

We have got a super old room which was not cleaned all week. The room was in terrible condition but the reception refused to change it as they told us, that’s the normal standard room what we booked.

The staff were amazing, front desk so helpful, breakfast was constantly being refreshed and checked, our room was cleaned every day without fail with new towels too. We were upgraded at check in which was also nice. The hotel’s pool area is sufficient and the rooms are too though some parts are still needing a refresh, the bathroom was spacious enough but the shower door wouldn’t close properly and always made the floor very wet after use but we got on with it without a fuss. Beds were large and comfortable, the gym was newly done and lovely, however air con had broken whilst we were there, it didn’t stop us but was incredibly sweaty! Also found that there were some complimentary drinks in ice buckets on the bar - water, juices and prosecco! Very walkable location to beaches, restaurants, old town alike.

I was checking in late, due to flight time, & had emailed them to advise of this but got no acknowledgement. When I arrived reception staff didn’t appear too happy that they had 6 people to check in

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Upon arrival, we were met by a lovely receptionist. There is a lift to the rooms. We were on the 4th floor. The bedroom was spacious however could do with a deep clean and refurb. There were parts of the wall that were damaged and the shower in the bathroom kept leaking under the door when in use. We had a balcony but wasn’t wide enough to put a chair to sit out and you overlooked another hotel, but was nice for the breeze. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is a short walk from the bus station, restaurants and old town. The hotel breakfast had lots of options but some of the food was dry. You could hear the next door room guests talking, laughing or having a shower - the walls are very thin. There was also drilling starting around 7am.

Dina at reception was great and helpful..rooms clean and comfortable..free bottle of water in the room fridge.. bathroom could do with updating but perfectly serviceable and clean.. breakfast good selection.. good value for your money and good location

Hotel has modern feel to lobby, new gym which has good equiptment range. Pool area is nice with lovely loungers, kept clean. Hotel is clean, the staff take great pride in keeping it this way Reception team are kind, polite, always say hi and help where and if you need it. We felt this really made our stay. Great breakfast selection, not too busy. Beds are comfortable and very big Situated away from the main busy tourist areas but surrounded by local restaurants and coffee places which all sell much nicer food. Walkable to the busier areas / port etc. Air con that works Overall as two female travellers always felt very safe in area and in hotel - Rooms are nice but are somewhat dated, our bathroom had old peeling silicone. - Noise really travels through the vent syatem - we had a very loud quest next door who came back at midnight and made noise until 2am. Reception did kindly sort this when we informed them of it. - TV only had 4 working channels, I didn't inform reception of this as it wasn't a massive issue (the area around is too beautiful to be watching TV!).

The hotel was modern, clean and tidy. The room was small but suitable for a 1 night stay. Staff on reception during check-in were not very friendly and charged me for the room, even though I had paid by using my saved vouchers. This was rectified later in the day by the manager. There was no secure place to leave luggage and we were told that we could just put our bags outside the gym. Not ideal and didn't want to leave our belongings in such a public area. We actually went to another hotel to leave our bags as they were much more accommodating.

Convenient location

A nice hotel with food renovation in rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly stuff, but a bit pricey for the amenities, the season and the location.

I didn’t know what to expect with the hotel, however, my expectations were exceeded. I was solo travelling and felt very safe at this hotel and surrounding area. Angela downtown is in a perfect location- to the beaches and old town/port. Great restaurants close by if you fancy a quick meal. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and served in a room near the reception. The pool was much better than the photos- multiple places to sunbathe in the sun/shade. My room was great, floor 4 with lovely views of the city. I had the superior double which was lovely, big bed and good size room/ bathroom. The hotel has nearly completed building a gym which looked great and a fab addition to this great hotel. I’d recommend it :)

We stayed for a week in the Deluxe room and had an amazing stay. The room was large and the bed was a kingsize. The pool and area around it was clean and well kept and the sun loungers we're like beds so very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't the best but there was plenty of options. The hotel is well located with the old town and beaches being a few minutes walk away. Finally the hotel staff were all really friendly. If we were to return to Rhodes I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, good location to beach and old town . plenty of nice restaurants to eat and bars , I stayed on 4th floor, room was quiet , clean with a nice little balcony, bed was comfortable I slept well at this hotel. Breakfast was ok plenty of options .
