Nice rooms. Carpet not very clean and counters are old and peeling. Otherwise great experience, very helpful staff and overall a great stay.

I made a reservation fo HOTEL and I stayed in MOTEL !!!!!!!!!!!! First room stinked terribly, second room stinked little bit........ Doors were not sealing the outside noise. It was easy to break through main door, they were in bad condition.

Nice and clean hotel room with lots of space to move around. The hotel looks great as well. I have 2 issues with this hotel, there was AC in the room but turning not on. When I inquired, staff told me it’s not on yet, bruh at least turn on the fan. It was really warm at night and we could not sleep very well. I kept the windows open but the shades were too thick to let air in, and who wants to sleep with lights coming in from outside. Then they had no water fountains, when asked about the sink water, those were not drinkable. I literally had to drive to a McDonalds at 1 in the morning to get water. They had parking available and the hotel is close to highway which is great.

Although it is older property it is well kept and is not showing the signs of aging. The room is large, clean, has comfortable bed. The hotel provides a good breakfast It is located between Milan and Como Although the hotel is located next to the highway the room was quiet I would definitely stay there again

The staff was amazing. Hotel needs a renovation to be a 4-star I would say but it still is worth the price.

Very good hotel with decent breakfast. However, I was charged an extra amount because, according to them, a child is only a child up to 8 years old

The receptionist deals with the guest as if he is from the same country, with the same language and knowledge, and he did not explain to us the parking need money. Air conditioning was weak.
