This was way better than I expected. Room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice. Cool hangout area in lobby. Great location to train and walking to everything in Oslo. I highly recommend to stay. Was very happy with my choice. Only problem is my room was by elevator that I could hear.

It was misleading the add because I selected the hotel because it included breakfast and described as one of the best . When I arrived they told me it had been for a while NO breakfast service.

Very confusing luggage storage process. Need the apps with mis-leading information. The staff need to take care shop business so she can't help at all. We paid the storage which should be free for the guest. Then the manager claimed we chose the wrong option - it is the insurance for luggage and refused to refund us

Clean room ,friendly staff , close to Karl Johan gate, Oslo Opera

By arriving at 12.00 instead of 15.00 we were faced with paying an extra Krona 200 to use our room. The alternative was to leave our baggage by using a QR code and doing it ourselves. There was only One member of staff at reception and nearly always a queue to be served.

I like the Comfort Hotel Xpress Youngstorget Oslo. I chose this hotel mainly because of its good location. It is a fifteen minute walk from the main station, and is close to the main tourist attractions. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. My room was a little small, but was comfortable and clean. The hotel was good value for money. I would happily stay there again.

I liked the fact that when The hairdryer in my room was broken the Woman at the Desk found me another to use straightaway .i would have liked a chair in the room and maybe a Fridge rather than shared.

Good hotel and good location. Walking distance from Central Station, which itself is very easy to get to from the airport.

We loved this Hotel. It is not for you if you are looking for fancy or even 3 star amenitues but the soft spring coil mattress with foam topper was comfortable. The duvet and pillows were excellent. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the atmosphere is hip and the whole place is geared toward longer stays. And the location is perfect. 15 min walk to the oslofjord(waterfront) and closer to other key sites. Very walkable area of the city. They are working hard at environmental sustainability. The back side of the hotel has a view of the city but it is in the centre of the Oslo nightclub scene so weekends are noisy if your window is open. However you really feel part of the energy of the city.

Simple room, but clean! Good value & location for the price. Main downside is that the luggage storage after checkout is not free

The beds were very nice - supportive, but not rock hard like so many European hotels. The bathroom was cramped, but functional, and several elements of design were actually very impressive, such as how such a small shower, with magnetic half-rounded doors and space at the bottom do not flood the bathroom. That is very clever design. The location is not the most convenient, but it is workable.

Arrived late due to flight issues but reception was staffed at 4am so no problems accessing my room. Shower was wonderful.

Lovely budget hotel with an excellent location for transport, sights and amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful with an excellent recommendation of the nearby street food place for dinner.

Cheap and not particularly cheerful. The staff were not overly helpful and treated your presence as more of an inconvenience rather than something they were paid to do. The room was a decent size for two people. The bed is comfortable but you only get 1 pillow. When we asked for another there was only 1 left so we used one of the single duvets as a pillow instead. The rooftop is nice and in the summer will be a lovely spot to enjoy the city views. The location is excellent, right in the centre and walking distance to everything you may need. The WiFi is very good and can stream on multiple devices without issue. Check out is at 12:00, however they are changing this to 11:00 at the end of June, presumably to make money. They also only do cleaning every 4th day, again, presumably to save money. It looks cheap, it feels cheap, and the staff are average. Good news is, it is cheap relative to Oslo. Bad news is thats not enough of a reason to make me return next time I’m in the city.
