Very cute boutique hotel

Premises are very small. They only give you one card to access room. Breakfast is not the best quality. Too pricey for the quality.

All the staff was great!! My stay could not have been better. From the minute I arrived everybody was lovely and helpful. Room was excellent and the cleaning ladies were not only lovely, but kept my room spotless throughout my whole stay.

Nice property with excellent staff in a great location.

The staff is absolutely amazing and super helpful, friendly and they do an outstanding job. There are two things I didn't like: super small and non functional trash cans in the room and bathroom, very old and stained towels. I usually don't take my towel with me because I stay in high rated hotels and this one the first hotel with not pleasant towels, you could see stain on almost gray towels ( originally supposed to be white)

Large, clean, modern rooms. Very friendly staff. Central location across from the cemetery but a bit grimy in the immediate area, need to walk a few blocks to find a decent coffee or restaurant.

The location is very good. The hotel is ok. The breakfast is acceptable, and its on a basement. They asked for the credit card for incidentals, which is typically a deposit that you get back on exit. Instead they wrote the whole card number with cvv on a paper. I asked to do a cash deposit instead. Not very secure method to say the least.

Good location. Loud til 5 am. Otherwise nice in general.

The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. We found the bed too hard the the lounge was not very comfortable either. Breakfast was included. It was basic but good. The staff were excellent and very helpful, and spoke English. The position was excellent with a shopping mall close by, a currency converter around the corner, a supermarket about 100m away and a good choice of restaurants around. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous view of the Recoleta Cemetery from the 10th floor lounge. We were allowed access before check in and after checkout also.

This hotel is conveniently located and adjacent to the cemetery, making walking the Recoleta neighborhood very easy. The common area is minimal and small, but the rooms are very adequate and clean. I had a suite that had a street view and it was a bit noisy at night from the restaurants and bars below. Everything in the room worked and was updated. The breakfast offered a nice variety. I would stay here again.

This hotel is located next to Recoleta Cemetary and is close to parks. The neighborhood is safe, clean and beautiful. The only thing we don't like is that the music played by the bars or restaurants underneath the hotel was loud during the night till 2 AM.
