For a family room it was small and the camp bed was rock hard and unsuitable. Check in at 4pm is crazy. Room felt. But dated.

Stayed for one night. Thought the staff were friendly, food was decent and in a convenient location to motorway. The only negative was the bed was a bit too hard for my liking

In an industrial estate but ok for the price

The rooms were so clean and nice. Coffee and a kettle there waiting for us. The staff was excellent and the breakfast which was a buffet was delicious. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Great hotel! We took a cab downtown to visit some pubs! Good breakfast in the morning.

It was a wonderful break from traveling

Nice functional hotel. Good sleep (bar being woken up at 2am by a loud man on corridor but that's not the hotels fault) Breakfast fine; nothing exceptional. Only negative really was that the water in shower was too hot. Spoke to reception twice (morning and evening) but to no avail. Water too hot & couldn't be changed second morning again. Gym & pool look lovely: I hadn't time.

We stayed at Athlone Springs Hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. Both nights were extremely noisy due to disruptive guests—some from hen parties and others being young kids running around and messing at 1 AM, waking us and other guests up. What made it worse was the complete lack of security to manage the situation. I attempted to call reception multiple times, but either the in-room phone wasn't working or no one was answering. When I raised the issue with reception the next morning, I expected a manager to follow up, but we’ve heard nothing since. For €200 per night, I would have expected a much better experience and at least some level of customer care. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again.
