We stayed for one night and it was great! The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was nice. (One of the reasons we chose this hotel vs another was the pool).The only red flag was the reservation line.. I don’t think they are associated with the hotel but when I called to confirm my reservation I called the reservation line and the lady told me the pool was going to be closed and offered me a different hotel.. I then found the number to the hotel directly who stated the pool was in fact not closed.. I found it odd. She then said some other things which were concerning and I think she wanted me to book else where for an incentive to her, which I did not fall for her trap. Would stay at this hotel again but do not go through the reservation line! Book online by yourself and then call the hotel directly for questions/conformation! There’s also a Tim Hortons, grocery store and BPs within walking distance which was so nice!

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. The Continental breakfast could be better.

At check in an ineperienced clerk argued with me about changing rooms even though I had written a special request. She advised that I would have to change rooms on Expedia because that is how it was booked and after spending quite some time trying to reach an Expedia agent she laughed and told me good luck I had not paid up front as this happened before and they were able to change it on-site with no issues. When I asked her to call the manager she refused Later that evening she presented my partner with new room keys and to him we could change rooms. She didn't bother to call me. If we had not checked with the desk we would have taken up the only wheelchair accessible room they have for 2 nights

Probably the best place to stay in Westlock. The hotel is clean, the staff are really good and nice, and the included breakfast makes for an easier start to your day.

Excellent breakfast. Wonderful pool

The room was clean,the bed was very comfy. We went down for the continental breakfast. I had a waffle and coffee. It was good. I would of loved to see some fresh fruits, like bananas, oranges or apples. I will definitely refer the Ramada to others.

A comfortable place, clean and friendly staff

Nice hotel, pool and hot tub well-kept. Plenty of towels. Lots of breakfast options Staff were friendly and accommodating The only downside is a personal preference: bedding was starched feeling, not comfortable on the skin
