I was charged the wrong amount and also they charged my card for the “hold” and said that is the way they do it. I have never stayed at a hotel that actually charged my card for the incidental hold. They said they fixed the pricing but it has not been given back to me and. They said could take a week!! The room was good for older hotel but the Wi-Fi never worked, I told them several times but they never fixed it. I was told by the night person that no one else complained but then the day person said they have had complaints. Breakfast was usual for a hotel but really didn’t like one of the workers had told me they cut their hand the night before and hand it bandaged up but was not wearing gloves while serving the breakfast area. I will not stay their again.

When I arrived there was a problem at checkin the host was charging more than how much I booked for. She honored the price I booked for in the end.

Pool is out of order and has been for some time but everything else was amazing. Staff is friendly, room was clean and plenty of food options around.

Would stay again on our many trips to that area. Love the fresh coffee . Breakfast selections where great.

It was really good place to stay at not to much noice it was pretty close to downtown like 25 min to max 30. One thing is windows they do not open if you needed any air.

Bathroom was old but acceptable. Everything else was excellent

The property was ok. There were several things wrong though. For example, no placard in the elevator, no inspection, duct taped button and dirty floor. Our bathroom had cobwebs in it, dirty finger prints all over the wall and what looked like blood drops on the floor. Door was stripped and had spray paint on it. Hallways seemed dirty. Lint from the dryers on the outside and not cleaned up.

When making deposits are held for week and if you don't call them never refunded ive been waiting ten days for 7 day hold last was two plus then called them and they refunded but I don't have time for the calls every time my ladt stay there

Check-in was easy, staff was very friendly, the staff was most helpful when we had to cancel 2 night stay because of a friend’s death. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Mount Juliet area.

We loved the breakfast, the quiet room and the cleanliness. The pool was not in service. I wish I has known that before our trip.

I did not like that expedia did not tell me the pool was under renovation i should have been told and would have picked other hotel with pool after driving 8hrs

Very poor breakfast. No muffins available. Sweet roles only one of four mornings and then stale. Sausage overcooked and dried out. No bananas. Hot breakfast dishes mediocre at best.

The property was great it was nice and clean the rooms are very spacious I love the fact that there's a mini refrigerator and a microwave

Nice property with a very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Easy in and out.

The staff was super friendly and room was clean. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance. Would definitely stay again.
