Great hotel on a great location and superb service

I’ve stayed here > 10 times, but this time we had a really bad experience when a member of staff made an incredibly mean, insulting and inappropriate comment about my body and literally nothing was done about it. Ruined my holiday completely. Also WiFi doesn’t work which is weird for a 5 star hotel. (Again, it hasn’t worked in years but because of how much we used to love it I didn’t mind).

Spacious room and direct walking distance access to the beach and restaurants

Great value

Beautiful property, extremely spacious and comfortable rooms, amazing service (so much so we decided to stay an extra night). The hotel is a stone's throw from the beach, and because we were in low season, it was calm and empty, ideal for long walks on the sand. We had dinner at the hotel and were looked after by the lovely Maître d' Domenico, it all felt very special. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Cool hotel with retro feel, right on the water. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and the breakfast buffet was one of the nicest we have been to in Italy. The food was fresh and delicious. The room was very comfy and spacious and the balcony was well appointed with furniture and a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. All within walking distance of the Center of town.

Excellent hotel, room, area and service

I was visiting on business and found it to be perfectly fine for all my business needs however it is as a vacation hotel that this hotel comes into it's own. Great location with it's own private area on the beach, located in a lovely seaside town. It's a shame I did not get to enjoy it more.

Excellent hotel with good rooms, courteous staff , and great location. We thought the glass walled bathroom was not as functional as it should be - sinks were freestanding round cyliners with no counters for personal items and very small nob on wall to regulate water. Very difficult to use. The beach had nice chairs and umbrellas even though the per day rate was high.

Partiamo col dire che in un hotel 5 stelle tutto deve essere perfetto e qui siamo lontani dalla perfezione! La stanza molto ampia con un terrazzo comodo ma il bagno (per disabili tra l'altro) estremamente rumoriso (sentivamo lo scarico dei bagni confinanti). Male i servizi: stava entrando il facchino in stanza con noi presenti, il giorno successivo la stanza non è stata rifatta ed al momento del check out ci è stato presentata il conto totale del soggiorno senza verificare che avevamo pagato il soggiorno con expedia. Una nota di merito al personale di sala colazione (abbondantissima ed ottima) ed al bagnino della piscina sempre vigile e cortese.

Ottimo hotel nei pressi della spiaggia. Camera molto spaziosa così come il bagno dotato di ogni comfort. Abbastanza buona la coilazione. Personale gentile.

Sauna non disponibile, sauna non disponibile, spiaggia con duna di sabbia che evitava la vista mare. Colazione ottima.

E un 5 stelle perciò direi buono manca il servizio v bici li danno anche in hotel scadenti
