Cons: Cleaners do poor job cleaning the room, public bathroom tissue paper doesn’t get refilled, not enough towels in the room, slow elevators Pros: breakfast was good, gym was clean, good pillows

Once again, staff make a difference. From the check in to the check out, the staff was helpful and full of insight. This made my stay much better since i had a very tight schedule. The amenities available were not that many but someone put in the research to hit the average need of consumers. The issue I have in the maintaining of the bathroom. The shower head had low pressure. I'm guessing that is from the calcium build up on the shower head. There was also green corrosion on the shower heads. In the room itself, a decent amount of tech assisted items were very helpful.

The guy at the front desk was so nice and helpful! The room was big, very clean, and hotel hallways were nice and quiet. Will definitely be returning!

We decided to stay at a hotel for the night because we were having some issues with our water at the house and we all needed to get a shower. We stayed in room 207. Was a little disappointed when the tub wouldn’t drain after our showers.

It was clean and very welcoming

Property was clean and staff was pleasant. Room was noisy and water pressure for shower was sub par. Breakfast was decent for carb eaters.

Nice hotel stay. But getting off the main drag and turning into Jefferson can be tricky or missed.

Cons: I saw many dogs during my stay, which was unexpected. Overall the hotel is outdated....a transition piece was missing between the carpet and the tiles, there was an awkward strong smell in the closet, and the breakfast options were lacklustre. Pros: easy check in service, and location was close to my family.

I love the fact that my family had a lot of room.
