Great location and staff and service exceptional.

Ski in, ski out (just across the street) -breakfast buffet included. -ski shop in the building. -free shuttle to town eateries. -ski slope view from hot-tub.

Stayed here for a night as we had messed up our dates with the longer stay accommodations. The staff were very polite, the rooms were on the smaller side but comfortable, clean and well stocked. Breakfast the next morning was hearty enough to take skiers through the day!

We are local and stayed here right before Christmas. We really enjoyed the well stocked room and the friendly staff. The pool and hot tubs made the trip for us; it was the perfect way to spend the evening. We also had fun at the hotel bar and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. Really a nice, relaxed atmosphere and a perfect place for a holiday staycation.

The front desk staff are so helpful, a visit to the Chateaux has become an annual tradition for us. Edward goes above and beyond. The cleaning crew are also outstanding.

Amazing, my kids loved it… at check in they all got q gift, the valet personnel where very welcoming and friendly. The kids also loved the fire pits with marshmallows!!!

The property was beautiful. The only issue was that the parking was a little confusing.

Overall, it was a good stay. Our fireplace in our main room would not work. We had maintenance come fix it, and it still continued not to stay on. So disappointed we didn’t have a fireplace to enjoy.

The staff was incredible. Everything about the Chateaux from the staff to the amenities to the way you are taken care of is top notch.

It was truly special. Park City is Magical from the start, this was a perfect springboard! Thank you Team!
