The room was a little smelly

This is a nice little hotel in el centro, close to everything, with parking and breakfast is great! Nice, clean, safe place to rest after long days exploring.

The rooms were clean

The property was great. We had big rooms. The beds were hard but we didnt lose sleep over it. They have a restaurant on property, we did not eat there but would be convenient. We didn't use the gym. We did use the nice cold a/c, which was great. Reception gave us great ideas on things to do and restaurant recommendations. Their parking varage was a big bonus for our large family, it was safe and they close the garage at night but have staff to open it. Over all will stay again.

Pros: Clean, large shower w good pressure, excellent location. A/C quiet and works well. Water bottles provided in room. Nice common areas. Quiet for the most part*. Cons: Can't access the terrace unless using the restaurant. The room doors* in hallway are very loud / jarring. Restaurant hours posted are iffy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Buen servicio

Location was ok, just 7 blocks away from the main square. The area doesn’t look safe at night and not too many restaurants around. You will have to walk to the main square. The hotel is ok but the bed and pillows are extremely hard and the water has a strong smell. Specially the hot water. Breakfast is ok.

Quiet and centrally located hotel with parking. The only friendly staff I had met was Alondra, who was a housekeeper. The entire time I was there, not a single acknowledgement from anyone during the morning, afternoon or in the evening. They were either on their phone, on the computer or talking to their fellow co-workers. The property was kept clean and Alondra did a great job of cleaning my room. Location is great! Near the Juarez Station and a decent 15 min walk to El Centro. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I would have given this property a 5 star if not for the unfriendly front desk staff.

Clean roon and friendly staff

The hotel is very good value with a beautiful quaint ambiance but the water has a strong smell of sulfur and the listing on Expedia is misleading and false advertising. It says hotel provides " a rare find-convenient airport shuttle servive for easy travel ". This is a blatant lie and we are seeking reimbursement of 450 pesos paid to a private car arranged by the manager, who led us to believe that it would be at the expense of the hotel. We made a reservation through Expdia based on it's ad . This is tantamount to fraud and we request compensation for your misleading ad on which we based our reservation.
