The furnishings in my unit were worn compared to my friends' room. There was noticeable dust and crust in the room and bathroom didnt seem clean. I asked the front desk for cleaning supplies but I had to contact the rental company. I had to send pictures and they took the complaint. But could not get anyone the first night (Sun). I asked when I might be able to take a bath. 2 days and no reply on Tues. 3 days (Wed) they asked if someone from the team could come to the room. I had already said do not enter without me there, so I replied that again. When I returned the towels had been changed so someone did enter. I had already purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned what I needed. I did ask for compensation and have yet to hear back from them.

It is a fabulous property. The common grounds/pools managed by MGM are well cared for and clean. unfortunately the property management company has not maintained the suites appropriately. Cleaning was a concern and communication with the off site property managers was difficult. The company has failed to reply to some of the concerns and pictures I brought to their attention for improvement.

The room we were given was horrendous. No coffee cups. One fork and two spoons. Coffee not replenished. Expedia did not tell us it was privately owned and hotel would not help us with missing amenities or non-working lights. Mattress was poor quality

The condo was nice with an exceptional view of the strip. Had a couple of maintenance issues that were addressed quickly. Missing an iron although there was an ironing board. We were allowed to check in an hour early thanks to the property front desk staff.. Overall, a great place to stay.

The reason I picked this Hotel was for the bath tub and it did not work! The hot water handle was not working so I didn’t even get to use it! It was disappointing. View was nice and room was nice but the reason I booked it was for the hot tob

Customer service was good. Suite was nice. Comfortable bed, nice jacuzzi tub, nice view, liked the kitchenette, overall the suite was nice. One of the sinks in the bathroom was leaking and had water corrosion. Didn't appreciate during the booking process I wasn't informed this suite did not include housekeeping.

The room was run down. When I arrived it had half roll of toilet paper, the holder broke, outlet in kitchen didn’t work, AND smelled like smoke when we arrived. Wasn’t impressed.

Room has been over used. Toilet paper on the floor because the holder was broke. Furniture looks like something you would find on the curb during clean up week. Sucked all the life out of the room without refreshing it at all. From the faucets to the furniture it is all exhausted. Way over priced for the stay. Seems to be the way Vegas is headed.

The signature is getting old as a whole but this particular unit that they gave us was in a dire state. It was renovated but done poorly with missing fixtures and paint bleed into various places. The bedroom door also didn't close. I think they need to fix this up to 4 star standards.

The Signature at MGM has a number of condos that are owned privately and managed by LSI (Luxury Suites International) . We had the worst experience we've ever had with any accommodation and our family has traveled a lot. We had two rooms booked through Expedia with LSI and upon check in and getting to out rooms. it was like they weren't even cleaned, lots of hair in the bedsheets, dust everywhere, spider webs, pills on the floor, a package of cigarettes left in the nightstand. Dust and hair balls in the bathroom, toothpaste on the walls, honestly the most dilapidated, dirty set of rooms we've ever come across. You can only connect with someone at LSI reservations by email after hours and a response wasn't not until the next day. They said they would "offer" another cleaning that would happen before 3pm. So purposefully we made sure we stayed out of the rooms for the day. Come back at 4pm to find nothing had been touched. They then showed up at 5pm just as we were getting ready to go out for dinner. The attendant agreed to come back first thing in the morning before noon. Once again nothing was completed. We lost complete faith that anything was going to be done, so I checked into another room through MGM and for our final day. The room was spotless and perfect in every way. I will never make another booking through LSI, Expedia should vet these operators better, this felt like a complete scam, The rooms were outdated, damaged, showing terrible wear and filthy.

Hard to decide on a 3 or 4 star. The hotel itself was nice and in a good location however the rooms were a little dated and not very clean. If you stood too close to the fridge you could smell mildew. The couch cushions didn’t look like they belonged on that couch. And some of the lights did not dim. The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel connects to the mgm so it made it nice to be able to walk inside. It is walkable to the strip and we had a great view of the sphere. They had extra towels in the room which was nice because they have no house keeping unless you pay extra for it. It wasn’t a bad place to stay but they should work on housekeeping. We had traveled with another couple so the connecting rooms were nice. It was also quiet.

Excellent Condo and view, only one negative feature was on The Saturday night, we returned exhausted to find that there was no parking capacity, and we had to park in the MGM parking garage and walk back. We were very tired and this was a big ordeal at the time. It would be useful to have a map, both of where to find the parking garage, and how to get back as we did not know on the first day how to find the internal walkway.
