The property is clean and looks like its been updated, but i don't think it could be classed as a 4 star. The staff were not that friendly or helpful. Asked to see the spa before paying to use it, and initially this was declined, but eventually allowed to see it (no one was using it at the time). The breakfast was good. General service at the bar was ok. Definitely would not recommend eating in the restaurant for dinner.

It was short. Less than 24 hours. Service was ok except the pool boy was very helpful and friendly

Very nice hotel and spa

the spa is not included in the hotel. there is a discount but it is not free. good news is that it is not expensive. however when asked to go see it before i bought the entry i was told it could not be seen, so i would have had to firat buy a ticket then see it. felt a bit like a scam. so of course i did not go in. otherwise it looks nice, breakfast is very nice and the location very nice. for off season in november it was a good price too

Excellent hotel with quiet rooms, parties downstairs but with soundproofing you would not hear a thing.

Staff spoke no English. Breakfast was awful. Spa and facilities were laughable. Massage was painful. Hot tub was freezing. Rooms were not soundproof so very noisy on Friday night with parties below. shower not attached to wall and no shower curtain so completely soaked bathroom.

Great from the outside but disappoints when you get inside . The staff are unfriendly and unsociable . The Hotel hosted 4 evening parties outside in the pool area during our 7 night stay which were loud and went on until past midnight. Good location close to a town with plenty of resturants to try. No tea making facilities and the breakfast was very poor .

A lot of wedding hosting at weekends , if you're travelling from abroad it may not be ideal.e

The hotel is a great fine in the area. The town is not far away about 3-5 mins drive. Buzzing town during dinner time. Lunch at the hotel was good. I had massage and manicure at the spa, it was great experience. The hotel was clean and as shown in picture. we enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this area if you are visiting. Breakfast buffet was average breakfast choice.

Very nice hotel in quiet hotel but 10 mins.walk from pretty town. Nice comfortable room. Great breakfast. Kind and friendly staff. Town only 10 mins.walk away for restaurants, bars,shops and cafes. I had 2 beautiful spa treatments and would definitely reccomend. I would like to go back again.

Well situated hotel, not far from the airport (30 min) but straight forward route, easy access to local restaurants, cathedral ect, all walking distance.

This is a very nice hotel and the room we had was superb. The service is very good in general BUT in the end we were very disappointed because, unfortunately we left something behind in the room and when we remembered, less than 12 hours later and contacted the hotel, we were advised it was "too late" and they had already "thrown away" our property. So, if you go, enjoy your stay, but make sure you leave nothing behind!

The hotel was lovely, very modern, very well equiped, free wi-f- etc and staff were very helpful. Fab restaurant which is great for dinner if you don't want to leave the hotel. The problems we encountered were that the hotel advertised a fitness suite, but when we arrived, we discovered it had ben turned into a couples massage room and the website had not been updated. We stayed in a separate outbuilding which had a lovely little private patio. We didn't choose to be here, but it was a welcome surprise. The only thing was the free wifi was only available in the main building. Not a massive issue for our stay, but for a business customer, it is worth noting and requesting to stay in main room. Aside from that, very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend. Ruvo is small, but a nice town, not far from Bari on train or if you want to stay in the town, there are nice restaurants there, a few shops and a market too.

We stayed one night to break up our journey from Naples to Lecce, the staff made us very welcome, giving us a lovely room with a terrace and helping us with directions for our forward journey. Lovely room and breakfast.

Very good quality hotel in a good position for the town. Very nice room and a great welcome pack on arrival. The hotel restaurant was very good quality with excellent staff. The secure parking in an underground garage was also superb.
