Great staff. Comfortable room. Terrific views.

We picked the property thinking it was closer to the Sorrento waterfront. We did not expand the map when we clicked on it. Which wound up being a plus for us, it was totally an excellent choice. Beautiful hotel and Staff, very accommodating.

The hotel is within an amazing stop in Sorrento. It has highest view point in town,perfect for watching sunset from the upper terrace. The bus stop that takes you either to Positano/Amalfi is exactly in feont of hotel. They have schedule for buses just be prepared to wait 10 minutes ahead of scheduled time. They have free shuttle that takes you from hotel to Sorrento Corsso Italia main shopping area abd back to hotel. We booked Capri excursion with them,it was cheaper than other booking agencies. Staff are so friendly and amazing. Amalia helped us a lot during our stay, Salute to her. I highly recommend this hotel

Our family of seven had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Prestige in mid-April, just as it reopened for the season—and what a warm welcome we received! From the moment we arrived, the lovely owner, Angela, made us feel right at home with her kindness and hospitality. Set high in the mountain of Sorrento, Hotel Prestige offers breathtaking views of the coastline and landscape. Even before peak season, the serene grounds were beautifully maintained—we can only imagine how stunning the pool area must be in summer! Our rooms were spotless and comfortable, with balconies overlooking the ocean. One room was even upgraded to a spacious terrace with a private lounge and shared common area—an unexpected treat! Angela’s local restaurant recommendations led us to some amazing Italian meals. Mornings began with a delicious breakfast that went beyond a typical continental spread—pastries, fruit, and hot items like eggs and bacon were a hit. A standout feature was the free shuttle to and from central Sorrento, making exploring easy. Free parking was also a major plus for drivers. Angela and her family clearly take great pride in the hotel. The warmth and personal touch made our stay unforgettable. We left with full hearts and are already dreaming of our return. The hotel was wonderful, but the staff were the best. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and kind. I could not have asked for a better experience.

The property isn't exactly what it appears on Expedia. Customer service was excellent, but the hotel needs improvement. I reported the air conditioning twice, and it never worked. I had to sleep with the windows open.

The facilities were far better than we expected- make travel arround amalfi coast easy and affordable to book and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Quaint little place with a great view. Did have to shuttle to and from Sorrento but it was great! The staff was superb! All so friendly and helpful!

The front reception staff when we checked in were awesome can’t say the day for our check out experience. The location of the hotel was not great as you have to run across a very busy road to get to your car or the shuttle. There was only one dining option. The views were amazing but the food was nothing special. The bed was very hard and the pillows very flat and hard. I have never done this before but the pillows were so bad I had to as at the front desk if they could get me a better one. They did and I appreciate that as it was a slight improvement. If you have mobility issues, do not want to have to be on the hotel shuttle schedule and don’t mind firm bed and hard pillows it is a very hotel

All the staff at reception, especially Graziana and Thomas, restaurant and shuttle drivers were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Large, clean room with a private outdoor sitting area. TV was tiny though, difficult to see detail from the head of the bed! Possibly something to be done in the next round of upgrades. Pool area had a great view over the bay. Free shuttle service was very useful. We had a car but parking in Sorrento is difficult so we used the shuttle service to get to the drop off point which was minutes walk to Piazza Tasso and Marina Piccola for the ferry to Capri.

Excellent place to stay if you like to be in a quiet and safe place. Parking is free and convenient( however leaving the parking lot is difficult no view from traffic coming down hill ( a traffic mirror would a big improvement) Breakfast and views are stunning, employees all deserve an excellent.
