The central heating is far too warm and felt suffocating and sweating. The temperature setting was around 26-30c which is not ideal and definitely not the right setting. Sheraton should have a standard data on suitability ambient temperature for public.

Never get wrong to choose Sheraton in China because of good location, service excellent throughout all level, staff always warm and caring. Morning breakfast buffet is good with lots of varieties. I enjoyed my stay in Sheraton

Our room was large and clean. Friendly stuff. Although it is quite a long distance to the metro station. 15 min walk. Overall, we had a nice stay.

It takes more than 15minutes to checkout even in the early morning, each of the guest takes the same long time, don't how the staff trained for doing checkout. Concierge is not friendly at all, especially asking restaurants or for an umbrella during raining day.

Location is good, but staff can be more friendly. Been to six different hotels on this trip, the staff at all other hotels are much more friendly with greetings and smiles on their faces, but staff at this hotel are disappointing: cold and avoid contacts with customers.

I feel that this hotel has the potential to be something good, but it just seems very mismanaged. The staff were rude especially when it was their technical issues due to their EFTPOS not working. On top of that particular incident, there was general rudeness and a sense that I was more of a burden to them. The room is very spacious and the beds were very comfortable to sleep on. But the general rudeness left a sour taste in my mouth.

This Sheraton is one of the best hotels in this very large Chinese city. The entire experience in the hotel is 1st class. I definitely enjoyed the stay. However, the food available at the hotel restaurant is overpriced. Coffee in the hotel cost about $8 per cup...and its not as good as the typical coffee shop chains in the US. For a Chinese city, this hotel is super great. It is quite a long taxi ride from the high-speed rail station.

Power outlet for my notebook PC adaptor was not compatible. since mine has 3 pin plugs for 110V, but hotel's outlet has 2 holes only so physically. Changsha's power systems look like same, as I saw it at a vendor's meeting room too.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff and a great business center (scanner, fax, and English-speaking staff). I enjoyed my stay here and absolutely loved the massage I got from the REVIVE spa. My only complaint is that my non smoking room often smelled like smoke, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a truly smoke free environment anywhere in China. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious and clean. The Zenbar was a good, yet pricey place for a meal. Hotel breakfast buffet was very tasty, but also rather expensive compared to dining options outside the hotel. If I had to return to Changsha I would definitely stay here again.

I spent 11 nights in Changsha for work. This was, by far, the best hotel in the area and was reasonably priced for a high end hotel. If you find that you need to visit Changsga, then choose this hotel. The business center was well appointed and was one of the few places where you could find someone who truly spoke enough English to understand your needs. I interacted with several excellent staff members and have nothing but good things to say about the hotel overall. The foot spa Revive is also worth mentioning, as it was my absolute favorite thing about Changsha. The relaxation room and massaged are equivalent to higher-end US spas for a fraction of the cost.
