The access to vip lounge make the stay so good

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar service was very slow. We waited for almost 15 minutes to order a drink. Waited another 20 minutes for it to come before we decided to walk off to find another establishment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Sopot. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is absolutely beautiful!

Lovely hotel with excellent food and very helpful staff. Situated right on the beach with its own private beach area serviced by a bar and coffee shop. Ideally situated right next to Sopot restaurants, bars, and other shops as well as the boardwalk (incl. beautiful sunsets). Highly recommended.

Front desk staff a little inexperienced but otherwise a great place to stay. Was a little disappointed that our ocean view room was on a lower floor. All you could see was the trees between the hotel and the ocean

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Sopot, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was incredibly helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The entire stay was perfect—the facilities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was both comfortable and luxurious. It's a very, very nice place, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Sopot.

Very comfortable hotel by the Sopot pier and the Baltic sea. Easy on-site parking.

Dogs, wrong music at the breakfast. Bar? should have Vine Porto. The bartender should know how to make Mix drinks, like Gin Martini..like Americans like etc. The most importent? Kids get allergy from the Dogs. Parents not to happy and need to move to Sofitel hotel next door

The location of this hotel other than the Grand is superb! Absolutely love it and have stayed there few years ago. This is a very nice hotel but, it’s time for room upgrades. It’s overdue. I stayed there a few years back and it looks a bit beat up. One thing that I did dislike about this place is the amount of dogs people had. Don’t get me wrong, I love my dog and love to travel but, this was a bit much. Also, the room cleaning service needs to improve I’d give it a 2 out of 5. Breakfast fantastic, spa amazing and top on line gym!

I gave a lot of thought to where I would stay in Sopot, before opting for the Sheraton. It was an excellent choice, being very well located near everything I needed for my stay. The hotel itself is quite 'old school' in its rooms (e.g. retractable washing line across bath, actual telephone), reminding me very much of the sorts of places I stayed in the days when the pound was stronger and you could get more for your money across Europe. The room was large, with the promised partial view of the sea. It wasn't terribly well soundproofed, if I'm honest, but that was only a problem on bin day and I am sure that the other hotels on the seafront would've been impacted by the cacophony I heard happening outside. The lobby area was very nice indeed, as was the spa, hotel bar and restaurant. It really was a 5 star experience all the way, and the staff spoke very good English meaning that the lines of communication were very open! Thank you everyone at the hotel for making my first trip to Poland such a comfortable one. I shall return to your beautiful country soon, I feel sure.

Sopot is stunning, family orientated and safe. Good range of shopping and restaurants in walking distance with a private beautiful beach outside the hotel. My only criticism is that the spa facilities are small and disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

Not very comfortable pillows and cover (without feather as we asked) The room had a very bad glass window between the bedroom and the bath!!! Too much light in the bedroom as we wanted some light during the night. Impossible to sleep with that!!!!
