Got double room on ground floor with no windows. Great room, no complaints at all. Spacious, comfortable beds and bedding. Air conditioning worked great. Clean, adequately sized bathroom. Comfortable shower stall with rainfall shower head, hot water worked well. Friendly, helpful staff. Conveniently located hotel, out of main area so is quieter, but very easy access via walking and tram stops. Minutes away from Amsterdam Centraal station.

The front desk staff were excellent - very approachable and helpful. The location was excellent - dining options, major grocery store and a very safe location.

This was an affordable room in the Museum Quarter which was a good location for my short visit to Amsterdam. My room was clean, but unbelievably small. There was a strong sewage smell in one corner of the room. I imagine that this came from outside, but it was still unpleasant. The staff was helpful but cool.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived they gave my granddaughter a stuffed bear. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Helpful with arranging a cab to the airport. I would stay there again.

this hotel is pretty good! We were able to check in early which is always great and our room was very modern and clean. only downfall was that it was a very small room with not much room to move about. In terms of making it into the city centre, it was about a 30 minute walk but tram services are also available very close. This hotel provided exactly what we needed. Comfort and cleanliness

Mixed review - initial room was tiny (like TINY) but the issue was a terrible smell when air conditioning was on (and being 35 degrees we needed it) - the smell was so foul like sewerage. After one night they moved us to another room, slightly bigger and no smell which was great. Customer service was good Location great. Room one was terrible Room two was good Can get a late check out for 10 euros per hour to 2pm and store luggage in a room which is handy.

Quiet, well-maintained and one of few hotels with 4 beds. Close to transportation that took you straight to city center .

Safe and close to Museums

We spent seven nights here and had a room we shared with our adult daughter. Even with two beds, there was plenty of space for all three of us. We had the hotel's breakfast each morning, and it was fine, with an assortment of options. We loved the easy, walkable access of the hotel to the tram stops, Vondlepark, and the museums! We'd happily stay here again.
