Very convenient! Clean. Friendly staff. Altitude staff very friendly and helpful. Wished Starbucks opened earlier, would’ve liked to have taken a coffee on the road since it was such a cool morning.

Clean rooms excellent service and superb view

Beautiful boutique hotel with incredible views of the glacier. Great welcome reception with cocktails and charcuterie. Room was upgraded to a glacier view through Expedia gold membership.

Some additions make people feeling welcomed. Quality of towels and bedding are very good.

The hot water was not functioning at the beginning and black out for few minutes. Staff resolve the problems quickly. Room very clean with Dyson fan and hair dryer. Excellent view in room, very convenient to go for Icefield bus station.

Great location. Staff were all great. Only downfall was room was extremely hot in the night. One room controls multiple rooms on a thermostat so other people had to suffer as well. Staff were sympathetic.

Nice view of the glacier

The hotel is great, but the service is bad. It was really annoying to be asked over and over if I was a guest, even though I donated food to the staff. To be exact, five times during one morning while I’m wearing the same outfit in the lounge. I also saw how differently they treated people of different races. And there were NO towels in the room when we arrived. When I asked for towels at night, I had to wait for an hour and remind them twice. They said they forgot while we were the only guest reaching out at 11pm. Seriously? And then I left some stuff at the hotel and I still haven't heard back from them, even though I contacted them through Expedia four days ago. I would not recommend this hotel if Jasper is reopen.

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a Glacier view room the rooms are clean modern and the view is spectacular we were blessed with amazing weather. All staff went above a beyond and were very personable. I would definitely recommend for 1 night only as the dining options are not good. Avoid the Altitude at all costs. As you get a better view from the hotel lobby. They serve a charcuterie board a couple of drinks one Alcoholic and one alcohol free.
