Pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms clean and comfortable.

The hotel was a bit dirty. There was stuff under the cushions on the chair like a lighter and some other stuff. Wife always checks stuff like that

It was just a quick overnight trip so not a lot to report

Parking was compact Two pieces of tissue papers. No shampoo etc only one Tiny piece of dove soap for hand and shower. Carpet looks tired

Property colour throughout is a horrible brown colour…all rooms, corridors etc…it’s dark and looks filthy. It’s in need of a massive makeover and update. Air con unit is huge and very noisy.

The key cards did not work well. We had to get them redone everyday. There was no hot breakfast as we had hoped. The free Breakfast was misleading. We specifically chose this hotel planning on having the hot breakfast. The breakfast room was very crowded at 9am and people were always cutting in line and stealing the syrup. The TV only had cable, no streaming service options. Otherwise the room was nice and the experience was good. I would stay here again, i just wish I had known these things ahead of time.

Inexpensive, easy access to University area, very helpful staff. Breakfast included. Good security.

The hotel is definitely showing its age, and could use a refresh. Amenities were fine, but nothing special. Between the location (adjacent to a major road) and some guests, the hotel was quite noisy at night. Additionally, the air conditoner in my room was extremely loud.

The woman who works at the front desk weekdays in the morning was wonderful. Very welcoming and accommodating. She was the best feature of the hotel.

Front desk staff was great. Room was very hot upon arrival (23 degrees). No options for meals aside from breakfast.

Quite an old property. Will need a complete remodel. Toilet looked like it was installed in 1960, but overall I’ll give kudos to the cleaners cause the cleanliness of the room and sheets made it difficult complaining about anything. For a start management please paint the rooms white. The room we got was brown ad made the space look dull

The renovations in the rooms are great.

Like many popular hotels, could do with a few maintenance upgrades. Electrical wall plugs tended to not hold ones charging plugs securely. But the property was clean , the rooms comfortable. The staff very cheerful and ready to help.. We particularly liked the showers, very non slip floor..

The free breakfast is very limited. Have to request housekeeping daily, they don’t just clean the rooms.
