Area near the hotel is getting a bit rough with shady characters and pick pockets.

Only i did not like bathroom,no privacy...if you care about privacy in the barhroom during your stay i will not recommend this hotel because toilet and shower is exposed .Toilet very small ,taking shower while someone can watch you from the main bedroom

Good location, very nice customer service.

The hotel itself is great, good rooms, good bar, great breakfast, lovely roof top bar area to watch the sunset the thing that let the hotel down is the area, to walk to the Ramblas felt unsafe for a lay on her own and i for propositioned by prostitutes on multiple times which was unpleasant. Taxi driver warned us about the piazza opposite the hotel was rife with picknpockets.

Stayed for four nights over the weekend to watch 2 games of football. Having been to Barcelona a few times I knew the city well and was happy to use public transport. The hotel was close enough to las Ramblas and a good deal on Expedia. Room was excellent clean and slightly quirky, breakfast was great with the usual continental choices. Excellent 360 bar on rooftop. The only downside was Sunday morning being woken by chanting from the square outside as prayers were being held. The area around hotel made me a bit wary, but I had no problems walking back and forth to the usual areas. I would definitely use this hotel again but maybe not on a Sunday morning after a few shandy’s.

The hotel is very good in good condition the staff very friendly but the area to the hotel is really uncomfortable but no issues to the hotel

Location was great in a warm, safe neighbour. 10 min walk from Metro and main causeway and some attractions. Staff were very helpful and they even lend us umbrella.

Great location

The hotel was very nice overall although the area immediately outside the hotel was noisy and unsafe at night. I did experience two separate incidents of poor customer service from the restaurant staff although the management of the hotel were very kind to apologise for this.

Good location

Beautiful hotel. One of the nicest, but it’s located in a bad area, dodgy part of town, didn’t feel safe around the hotel. Inside the Hotel is absolutely wonderful. The coolest looking hotel. Great restaurant as well.

The hotel is fairly recent, clean and offers an amazing view on the 360 rooftop patio. There is a bar on the patio (11th floor) and this is pretty cool to have a drink. The location is good if you are visiting the city, about 5 minutes walk from the Rambla. While it is probably safe, we could feel the "vibe" was changing walking toward the hotel late at night compared to the more crowned/touristic areas. I would not hesitate to come back, but I would also consider the El Born area or the Gothic quarter to be even closer to the action.

Clean but the front desk was rude.

Took a while to get checked in. Had a glass of cava and non alcoholic whilst waiting. Small pool and bar open short hours. Location in a bit of a dodgy seeming area but we were okay.

Hotel is really well located for La Ramblas, seafront and numerous restaurants. Great breakfast and 360 views on the top floor.
