Welcoming staff. Well equipped apartment

The property was in a nice area, and the apartment was really spacious and in fairly good condition. Comfortable bed, and quiet area.

Very lovely accommodations and overall experience. Enjoyed the food and the piano entertainment on the weekends.

Room staff and location for work commitments

The apartments are great and the staff do friendly. The facilities are also good and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The only challenge we had was no TV for the week. They came to see if they could fix it, but unfortunately they could not. We were also unable to chrome to the TV as not enough bandwidth on the TV.

Always enjoy staying at Thurnham Hall. Great staff, well thought-out accommodation, lovely setting with good parking.

The room was very clean,the amenities and equipment first class and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Kitchen closed earlier than advertised, with no flexibility, made it a stressful journey to get there in time.

Nice place. However some rooms are very dangerous with low beams. We left with two head injuries and headaches over Christmas. This is a critical heath and safety issue and needs to be fixed

The room was lovely. Very clean. Every thing you need for your stay was included. I would recommend the restaurant we had two meals there, both delicious and the service was impeccable.

Everything was fine. Polite friendly Reception staff, clean apartment & pool.

The flat needs a lot of work, the sofas are so hard and cant set on them, the master washroom has no shower! No elevator, get ready to carry ur bags on stairs, no one to help you, impolite staff, they opened the room without knocking, the receptionist should no be in hospitality business ….

We loved our stay here, friendly and helpful staff, great facilities (spa, pool, gym and beauty salon), beautiful surroundings. The hall is stunning, we really enjoyed dining there and the live music (piano man) was an added bonus. We will be back!

Everything was good. Gym small but not crowded, pool empty, sauna and jacuzzi always big plus. Room unbelievable good. Staff brilliant. Cant fault it. 1 issue : cleaners or house keepers need to close windows earlier, as found “few” creepy crawlers in the room. Good there was a hoover on hand, also few mosquitoes… other than that can fault it
