Not so good , spa water dirty and smell bad,pool water ice cold and the room smell mildew, not to mention the hall outside the pool room.

Great, fast, easy, decent breakfast.

Comfort and restful

We stayed this hotel for one night. Because we drove long hours, a pool and jacuzzi would have been a big plus if it were clean. But there was no chlorine smell. Water looked dirty. I wish they had taken care the pool area more. The room is spacious and ok. The room key is a little bit outdated. The fridge is big enoungh.

The pool and hot tub was closed and there was not notice on the website. We were on the bottom floor and the tenants above us were jumping up and down. I had to call the front desk twice to complain and one time was at 2:30am. We had to sign a policy when we checked in regarding keeping noise down.

Bed was comfortable. Pool was out of order. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety.

When checking in we requested a room on the 4th (top) floor, without an explanation the front desk clerk put us on the 2nd floor. The person above us was an heavy walker and woke us up at 5 am due to walking back and forth across the room. Also, the conditioner dispenser was broken in the shower. The conditioner sample bottle on the bath counter had been used, was half full.

Starting with the entrance doors, the second automatic door to the airlock was very slow in detecting movement and you had to stop and wave at the detector or faceplant into the door. There were two ladies standing at the desk when I went to check in. I was greeted by neither one and when I spoke up about my reservation, the one closest to me told me the other one could help me. The hotel itself is nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathtub is older and narrow, with a cupped bottom so that if you were very big, it felt very narrow to stand in. The pool was cold and very cloudy and the room smelled very bad, and not in the chlorinated sense. It was musty smelling. It is also a very loud room because of all the glass. The breakfast was ok. One day there were scrambled eggs and bacon. The next day was sliced/baked ham loaf and dry, fried eggs. The other selections included waffles, boiled eggs, 3 kinds of cereal, bread, and bagels.

Liked the location. 10 minutes away from event.

Everyone was friendly and nice.

This hotel was very clean and easily accessible. The neighborhood was safe and seemed to be good. The sheets were fantastic.The room was spacious. I really enjoyed my two day stay.

My key was faulty and I had to go find her to ask her about it which she got annoyed and made it seem like was my fault then a second time to reset it. The room was also INFESTED with roaches from the bathroom to microwave. I put a video until the front desk she needs to look at. She just told me that the manager would be there in the morning she didn't have more rooms! I left immediately called this morning they basically said they went in and didn't find anything they are only able to get $50 good thing I purchased insurance because thats sad.

Nice place

It was very nice right up until someone set the smoke alarm off at 3 AM in the morning. I was very surprised that only five people in the hotel actually got up and went out to the parking lot. I think the firefighters were even more surprised than I was.
