We were very happy with our room. It was very inexpensive so we were pleasantly surprised!

Great location, good value. Overall hotel and room layouts are good and staff is friendly and helpful. Room furnishings (mattress, sofa, etc.) need updating.

Happy with our stay until I realized my mother left a cell phone charger and a pair of ear rings and the house keepers and front desk stated nothing was turned in. I don’t care for a thief!!

outdated and very dirty, carpet missing, bugs in bathtub, carpet was so dirty my socks became stained. Bed had stains and so did window mat.

The staff is extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Microtel properties are no-frill, basic rooms. They are clean, good, well lit and we felt safe there.

We stayed here for a nearby basketball tournament an I would eat this motel at the top of all we have stayed in while traveling. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The cleanliness and comfort was top notch. Will definitely stay here again if in this area.

The Heat didn’t work in our room, and the staff was fully aware of this before we checked in, because they weren’t surprised at all when we called down about it.

Pros:The lobby was beautiful. Vintage golf theme. Well done. Staff was very nice. Beds very comfortable. Room well laid out. Cons: Elevator had missing signage with old glue/tape left. Drink machine out of order 3rd floor. Guest had dog on 3rd floor. Barked late several times in hallway disturbed us/our sleep-were told it was an alert dog. Affected our comfort. Hall doors to rooms slam VERY loudly. No smoking sign torn off our room door in hall. Bathroom sink no drain stopper, facial tissue cover rusted, hair dryer screen torn, door stop rubber torn off/stuffed with tissue, one window curtain closure rod missing, tv control box/ wires a mess hanging underneath, telephone no dial tone or instructions how to reach front desk, breakfast plates and bowls very flimsy, coffee cups ran out and trash can totally full at 8:00 am with only one guest there besides the two of us.

Well, I have stayed at two Microtel’s now and the rooms don’t have refrigerators so it’s definitely not my type of hotel
