Nothing like the photos or description online. The shower drain was plugged up and flooded the bathroom. No clear glass windows in our room. Room entry door no threshold seal to outside and required a shove to open it.

Easy to book. Reception are great. We asked to move rooms and it was done with no issues. Beds are very comfy. Pool area is lovely. Housekeeping staff work really hard to a high standard. Rooms cleaned every day and beds made up. Only negative is no evening meal is avaialble. Pool bar shuts at 7pm and is great for snacks during day. Sea front and all bars, restaurants, etc is a 5 minute walk, all flat. But venture to near by bars, restaurants and supermarkets, great choice, excellent food and a lot better value than near the beach. Overall a great stay, some areas need some tlc, but would recommend

Regulars here; home from home - staff very friendly and efficient - comfy beds/pillows - all year round pool - central location for beach/shops/ restaurants; only complaint is DIY improvements/maintenance needs to be addressed 😊👍

This hotel offered a pleasant experience overall, with most of the staff being helpful and accommodating. The room and bathroom were basic in design, but the bed was exceptionally comfortable and provided ample storage space. However, the bathroom could use some attention—both the bathtub and shower require repairs, and the general tidiness could be improved. A notable inconvenience was the lack of individual bedside lights, which would allow one guest to read without disturbing the other. Additionally, staying on a higher floor is recommended to avoid noise from the road, which can be disruptive. The breakfast was enjoyable and good value for money, though we often opted for just tea and coffee. On a brighter note, the swimming pool area and bar were standout features, offering an excellent space to relax. While there are areas that need enhancement, the overall experience was positive, making this hotel a reasonable choice for future stays.

It was a small hotel (60 rooms) so we got to know the staff and other residents very well. It was situated in the middle of town but in a quiet area (next to a Police Station). All the staff were friendly and helpful. Myself and my two colleagues (pensioners and Army veterans on a reunion) would not hesitate to use this hotel again.

The room was clean but small and pretty basic. Not enough storage for our clothes. The bathroom layout was very awkward to access the bath but it was ok.

The bathroom is terrible. The bubble came out of the drain under the sink. The breakfast area is dirty with lot of flies.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and love it. The location is perfect - not too far from the beach and yet quiet enough in the evening. The hotel is just the right size and the pool area is great. Beds are comfy and the balcony is great. Our bathroom could have done with some attention, in particular the bath itself. Other than that, another great stay.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I encountered several issues that impacted my experience. The room I was assigned was extremely claustrophobic, dark, and offered no view other than the wall of a nearby police station. Thankfully, I did not have to spend much time in the room during the day; however, sleeping in such conditions proved to be very difficult. Additionally, the bathroom design was problematic, as taking a shower resulted in the entire floor becoming soaked, almost like a swimming pool. The breakfast buffet, priced at €12, was also disappointing. It lacked hot dishes, and the quality of the products was quite low. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. However, if you must stay here, I strongly advise avoiding room 101 or similar rooms and skipping the breakfast option.

Arrived at the hotel early eve, first impressions looked a little run down, reception staff very friendly, checked us in promptly. Our room was at the front, overlooking the main road, really noisy with lorries and bus stop right outside, we asked to be moved to overlook the pool and they did this 2 days later. Rooms are quite adequate, beds are large and comfy, bathrooms are okay, some have walk in showers, much nicer. Rooms are very clean, the cleaners do a fantastic job, fresh towels every day. Cant comment on the food as stayed room only...coffee you can get from the dining room for 1.50 euro until 10.30, then from the pool bar at 11am. 10-15 min walk to the main areas/bars/fish alley.

Dirty and in urgent need of a renovation. Staff unwilling to help in situations. Loud and obnoxious guests. Surrounding area is next to a police station so it’s noisy all night. Rooms are very basic and beds are rock solid. All round it’s the worse place I have stayed, I have slept in better hostels.

Easy going staff very good. But the tourist map handed to me was inadequate but not hotels fault . I had a lovely ground floor room and didn’t hear any noise from neighbours as other reports have suggested. I had a very good time and would go back to same hotel

Great 2 night break, first time staying here and would stay again. Rooms are a little small but ok for a couple of nights and has a free safe, hairdryer and complimentary bottles of water for the first night, you can also hire pool towels which we found out later which would have been useful to know as only bought a holdall. The hotel is near shops, beach and restaurants. Pool is not heated but was nice and refreshing when you need to cool down! Pool bar is handy and prices for food and drink reasonable, although it did close one day at 3pm due to staffing issues which was a shame, otherwise open until about 7pm. Train station is about 10 minute walk and has direct link to Malaga airport which was a bonus. Didn’t have breakfast as lots of cafes around and I’m not really a breakfast person! Overall would stay here again as good price for what we needed.
