Very enjoyable hotel. A really good place to unwind and relax. I wish I could have stayed longer. All the rooms had great views. They even had a funicular.

Enjoyed the stay here. We saw more wildlife here (sloths, monkeys, parrots etc) than we did at the national park!

Excellent resort! Best family vacation ever! The staff go above and beyond. Hunt and John are especially amazing! Food was delicious and rooms were impeccable. Definitely recommend! Giving it 100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was great. Not many dining options but the options they have are great. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Lots of animal sitting and around the property. Overall a great family friendly spot. The only thing is the resort shuts down early no night life unless you taxi into town. We didn’t suffer because we were a party of 25 and just had a great time entertaining ourselves.

This property is great. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is very nice and accommodating. Had a great time overall. One thing to consider if you are going in a large group like I did, we were 25, is that they don't have a restaurant(s) that can sit groups larger than 12. The Fragatta closes at 6 pm can only be enjoyed during the day from 11-6. Breakfast daily is amazing, very hearty and substantial and sets you up to enjoy the day. The shuttle service is only available during the day so go off to a restaurant is not easy unless you have a car or take a taxi. Walking is not suggested as the resort is steep and there are no sidewalks. The wild life is fun and everywhere especially early in the morning and at sunset.

We'd stayed at The Botanika, Manoa Arenal, Bosque Del Mar and Parador on our stip and the Parador was easily the worst hotel we stayed at. The staff tried to be friendly, but the service was truely poor. From a less the welcoming checkin, to food allergy issues that were managed poorly, to difficulty getting responses to the staff on questions this stay was disspointing. The property itself was nice, and has some great views. Our room was unusual and did not have a traditional bathroom, there was no door and the tub was viewable from the primary sitting/sleeping area. In what was a great trip overall, the biggest thing I would change is choosing another hotel in the Manuel Antonio area.

Amazing visit to the Parador resort. Large rooms made it comfortable for our whole family to share a room. Daily house keeping, and breakfast included was a huge plus. There are many pools to choose from and all the restaurants and bars were great. The staff were amazing. The wildlife at the resort is a great plus!

Excellent location! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had monkeys slide open our balcony door every morning to steal our sugar from the coffee bar- best wake up EVER! I’d stay there again solely to wake up to adorable monkeys :-)

The rooms were nice, views from the pool areas and restaurants were amazing, the Monkey Trail on the resort was unique and fun to walk, the food was good, the shuttle was very helpful since the roads and parking in the area were questionable. There was some construction going on while we were there which took away from some of the serenity of the resort, but they did upgrade our room towards the end of our stay so we would be further away from the noise. The WhatsApp communication was also very helpful.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful resort. Rooms were very comfy with a nice ocean view and the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The customer service was excellent at all times. My kids really enjoyed the pool. There was also a games room for older kids and one for toddlers which was really nice. They offered a free shuttle to Manual Antonio park and you can also take a quick golf cart ride to the near by beach called playa Beisanz. The cart drops you off at the entrance of a trail leading to the beach and the trail is about 10 min walk. Beware that this resort is at the end of a very bumpy road with lots of potholes!

Exceptional service and hotel! Every person who worked there was incredibly happy, helpful, kind, and caring. The hotel was so well maintained, the animals and grounds were beautiful, the pools and rooms very clean, and the food was deliciously prepared. It felt like a true relaxing getaway to paradise. The staff went the extra mile to make it special and memorable.
