Wrong info provided before reservation, damn small room with little window no outside view, ac was not working no exhaust fan, bad smell, dark inside it feels like you are in jail

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel located in a very centered area, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel also felt very secure, which was important to me as a solo traveler. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the lobby to the rooms. I felt at ease knowing that the staff took great care in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. Additionally, the dinner and breakfast options at the hotel were delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. I especially appreciated the quality of the food and the convenience of having meals available on-site. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the area.

Hotel was fine, staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, but the AC did not work, even with the staff’s efforts. Basically said it was the governments fault. I would stay again if the weather was cold, but closer to 3 star than 4.

Great location on the Main Street. Nice lobby and great breakfast. Too bad our room on the first floor had window looking at the interior wall. Hallway also looked outdated.

No light in the room. Really depressing feeling on Deluxe twin room. It doesn’t seem like a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was good though.

Amazing location, just at the end of the most buzy shopping street. Generally good value for the money. Supergood breakfast, much bigger than expected from the pictures online. Very nice and helpful personell. The rooms would need a facelift in a few years however the common areas were great! We were surprized that the whole city is walkable, everything is 2-20 minutes walk away. The bus station was 20 min walk from the hotel - located at the end of the city center. Recomend the hotel indeed.

The internet is either is weak or not exist , always get disconnected in the middle of using it. I had to change the room several times. The king size bed is small if you are above 180 cm tall. A lot of noise coming from the housekeeping early in the morning like banging, pulling and pushing the beds.

Not a 4 star hotel but you get what you paid for. Off-site parking is 3 euro per night and 20 euro per day. Difficult to give parking elsewhere. The room windows open up to a wall, so you don't get any of the scenery of Andorra.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Really quiet and enjoyable stay. The staff are really nice and helpful. Really central, beside main streets and amenities.

Very basic hotel and very clean, well maintained and in a central location.

Centrally located, off of main shopping street. Check-in and out were quick, they even held my bag until I was ready to leave. A bit of a walk from the main bus station, but overall would recommend for the value.

Since Andorra La Vella is a small town, the hotel is well located, staff was very kind and helpful; however the room was so small, there was a small window only, the air conditioned did not work. Decent breakfast.

Parking was worst I have EVER experienced!!!! Expensive, nightmare to find car park, hotel in middle of a maze?? Will NEVER return to there again, hotel itself very good, no problem, but access etc simply dreadful??? Also no tea/coffee in room, most unusual?? Will never return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All good for great price. Good location, all close to hotel, freebus stop to Vallnord number 705 and bus stop to Encamp near hotel from placa Santa Anna.
