The property seemed dated. It would have also been nice to have more food options where we did not have to advance book. I was surprised that I was offered no help pushing a cart with lots of suitcases and bags. The common areas were nice, I liked the loft feature of the room, but the walls were quite thin.

The staff is amazing plus you get a free ryde to the montain and free electric charge up station for those who drive EV’d

All of the staff were nice and friendly. The bartender at the Beagle restaurant was fantastic and makes the best margaritas! Love the terrace hot tubs.

The Chateau was a great choice. Close to the ski slopes. Nice atmosphere outdoor hottubs with view of night skiing slopes.

When the staff realized ,that i used the site Expidia to book my stay there , they refused everything that i asked them to make my days more comfortable.

Average service. Room did not get cleaned as the staff passed by at 9am while everyone was still sleeping and they never cane back despite us calling reception requesting it. Also, room thermostat wasn’t working and room was cold at night. No nice areas to lounge at the hotel with the family. Only a few chairs which were always taken

Cool place luxury. The room is awesome on two stages with fireplace. All my family is empress. To repeat next year.
