When we entered the room it had a musty smell it wasn't pleasant. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the ac was great.

Decent nights stop. We have done this hotel a couple of times and it’s now on our list. They even have several restaurants right across the street.

The reception people were very friendly. The breakfast area was poorly overseen because the tables weren’t cleaned as guests finished and we had to go to reception to ask for pepper. I liked that the lobby had a machine that you could get all kinds of coffee or lattes 24/7 at no charge.

The staff member who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Amenities included a Keurig type coffeemaker, which was preferrable for us. All hotels should go this route! Beds were comfortable and A/C was good, even with the extreme heat. This will be our go-to hotel stop during future trips through Wichita Falls, TX

Great stay! Room was clean and in order, furniture was clean and in good condition, staff was very friendly. Met all my expectations.

light switches for the bathroom is in an awkward location,( behind the door when you open it)

The carpet was wet from the air conditioner leaking, there was about a two inch gap under the door you could literally see in and out of the room, the tv had very few channels, the bathroom didn’t even feel clean enough to shower, there was very little lighting, I slept on top of the covers just in case!

The staff as extremely friendly. My only complaint is the light in the bathroom taking forever to turn on.

The room was nice. Stayed in a queen room. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The elevator was out one day during my stay so that was a slight inconvenience but overall I was satisfied with my stay for the price. Would stay there again.
