The hallway smelt like vomit. The room was gross. There was makeup smudged on the wall. The renovations done were very poor quality. The room was very large and the staff were friendly. The only positive. The pool area looked cool but we did not get to use it. The website said breakfast included and it was not.

I like this location for its location near the university but it’s very average and there was a major police operation while I was there that resulted in several arrests.

Love the pool/spa area of this hotel

Room temperature was either very hot or very cold . They did not change the room and they said it is the same in all rooms . The water of the pool was not clear and the second day of our stay , they closed it for few hours. But the staff were nice and understanding. The question is for the hotel owner to make a better situation for the people who pay for their rooms and they expect good facilities.

I would stay here again. The room was clean and the spa/ pool area was exceptional. Only reason I didn't give five stars was because of the terrible smells in the hallway.

Pros-location, it as within walking distance to many stores and only 15 minutes to Old Quebec and the aquarium. There was a restaurant attached to the hotel that was very convenient! Cons-staff wasn’t very helpful as far as giving information. The elevator didn’t work for most of our stay which was hard with a stroller and a baby. The pool was very small, crowded and didn’t feel clean.

Room was ok but rough looking. This place needs a reno. Bad patching on the walls, heater and plug coming off the wall. Marks everywhere. There is plaster falling off the walls in the hallway, the one floor is flooding down. The beds were comfy and tempture was good. It was clean and shower hot. Its the holidays so it is busy but still quiet which was nice. Pool is small but sauna was excellent. Its nixe that Boston pizza is attached.

Room was neglected, not nice at all. It smelled like smoke, the beds were not comfortable and old and the sheets were dirty. I really do not recommend this hotel.

really 2.5/5 hôtel, the check in was good and the room was okay. but this is a hotel for families so it’s not for people who wants quiet and relaxing space. The walls between two suites are so thin i can hear people from the room beside me. i can hear them walking, running and everything. never coming back again lol
