my family loved our stay here - the pool area and on site restaurant option were clutch!

the room wasn't as clean or updated as i thought and also when i booked it said 2 Queen beds and i got 2 double beds so very different from what i booked and not as comfortable. NEED to upgrade mattresses.

The room was very outdated. The phone didn't work, the coffee maker was broken and I had to call to get the air conditioning to work (because you can't touch the unit only the dial on the wall). They didn't have a microwave in the room either. Several of the plugs in the wall also didn't work. I forgot my toothbrush (classic) and asked the desk if they had any - no. Usually hotels do. The spa area and pool were lovely. Some of the hotel staff were great and others were sassy and unprofessional.

After reading some reviews just before the beginning of our trip, I was a little anxious about what we would find on arrival. We were two women travelling together. Our room was huge, and was easily accessible on the ground floor, and only a short distance from the desk, the swimming pool, and the attached restaurant where affordable breakfasts were available each day. The staff was always friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and free bus passes to get to the old town. The bus stop was just a few steps away from the entrance, with a grocery store and restaurants within a short walk. We enjoyed the pool, with the live birds singing in cages overhead, and the hot tub and sauna. The premises were clean and fresh smelling, and staff was fluently bilingual. The only blight on our stay was a very loud party with thumping Latin music coming up from the lower level on the final night of our stay. When we spoke to the staff, the music level went down somewhat, and the party ended around 11. We would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was fairly comfortable, but a little outdated and needed upkeep in some areas. Very small fridge and no microwave, although there was two for use by the front desk. One bed was very hard, the other was fairly soft. Great pool area though.

Good experience. Room was big with a separate dinning area with a kitchenette and living space.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and efficient.

Was very anxious not speaking french..however all the staff at the hotel were very kind and worked with me. Pool and hot tub were very clean. Pool area was good. Our room was large with a little dining area and sitting area along with the 2 queen size beds.

Great value! Convenient location, great cafes and restaurants nearby.

Place was nice staff were really nice. But just the rooms weren’t really clean and no air circulation in the rooms.

For the money I paid I expected a better quality for the room. For example a garbage can bigger then two pop bottles, plugs close to the bed not across the room, lamp shades on both my bed lights not just one. There was also black mold in the shower
