The staff gave a friendly welcome. The accomodation was good but a little of a squeeze with 4 people in a room but still fine and seperate beds for children was good (they didn't need to share one single sofa bed). Parts of the room had been updated (e.g. bathroom) some parts a little tired. I'd describe the food as either good or very good. Very nice breakfasts with good fruit. The dinner accounted for all ages but we were not always feeling completely satisfied. Took us a while to realise a water machine in the restaurant could be used at breakfast but was reserved to all inclusive guests at dinner time. A waiter told us bluntly that it was off limits! The entertainment was often very good (external visitors, great magician and circus show) and well introduced and presented by hotel staff, especially a Belgian chap who was really good natured and fun. The hotel's surroundings were really plesant. Lovely pines and coves with beaches. A quiet area but with really good visits nearby, such as Caves of Arta and the nearby Capdepera Castle. Pool and leisure facilities were very good. Rooms were cleaned really well and the grounds were very nice too. Thanks for a good stay.

Staff were excellent. Dining options in the buffet all good, nice range of options. Definite family hotel, but not too loud or crazy. Pool area good, beach very near, warm and calm. Not much around the hotel, but it didn't matter. Really friendly, and thoughtfully set up hotel. Would definitely consider for a relaxing week.

Not generally someone who provides reviews but felt needed to provide one here. As most holiday hotels are busy places they will show some wear and tear after being in use for years. I would not however be critical of the accommodation although the air conditioning seemed to be set independent of the room thermostats but despite this the rooms always felt comfortable. Everywhere was kept clean inside but perhaps jet washing around pool area could be more regular. The all inclusive food and drinks were excellent with good variation and choice available. The cakes were so much better than I had experienced before on a Spanish holiday. No bar queues to speak of. Lots of varied activities and entertainment throughout the day. Evening entertainment great for adults and children. Entertainment staff were fabulous and enthusiastic. Other staff members friendly, happy and keen to please. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and felt money was well spent.

We had no idea that this hotel catered to families with young children. There were babies everywhere and our room was dark with our small patio across from a cement wall. Very few rooms had a view and those were reserved for families!

It is very much a young family facility which makes a relaxing vacation very difficult Smoking is a real issue for us and mostly the German guests surprised us by smoking in front of young children Also we were promised twin beds which were not available on arrival It cost us an extra Euros 350 to upgrade. The flight out of Palma was canceled despite on 21st June Travelocity confirmed by email it was okay. All in all it has cost us over Euros 700 extra because of these errors. We expect Travelocity to reimburse us with these costs in full or in part On a brighter note the food at the Hotel was great

The area looks beautiful and the hotel itself however not there are many issues. Big problem the times for meals only open for a short time and interferes with vacationing. Maybe perfect for Germans but not everybody else. Meals are very good though. All inclusive wine list is very limited only one kind of wine in white, pink and red, everything else you pay for. No hotel umbrella on the beach or chairs. If you only care about the pool this hotel for you but not for beach since you have to bring everything else yourself. Very far from Palma. They only have one option for car rental 3x more expensive than any other renal places and priced per 11 hours not 24 or even 8. Staff many times doesn't know the answers to simple question just smiles and gives wrong information especially younger ones. The show for kids is at very bad times st 8:15 ruins your time for dinner, have to leave beach at 7:15 to shower and get ready for dinner show which is the best time for swimming. What saves the hotel is nice location the view of the beach and mountains and the sea. Not enough entertainment for adults at all no place for dance, or sit around. If you're late for meals almost no food to be found just a couple sandwiches at the bar. I don't think they understand the notion of all inclusive meals. There should be meals 24/7. No Americans at all, just Germans(90percent), some French and Russian and Scandinavian. The food is good and room is quiet and nice bathroom. That's all :)

Just back from holidays yesterday and we had a fantastic stay at Iberostar Pinos Park. The staff were extremely friendly, going out of their way to say 'ola' and checking if you need anything regularly. Something to do for everyone as there's activities throughout the day, kids disco's, baby clubs, football for dads. beach volleyball, mini golf, aqua aerobics for mums and kids etc etc. The list goes on. Only down side is that we found it hard to sleep on our last night as our neighbours were making a lot of noise and we could hear everything. They were up chatting and laughing until late and we could hear it all. If rooms were a little more sound proof it would have been better. Overall a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back next year.

Spent 3 nights in August. Overpriced, without free WiFi family hotel in a very quiet village. A lot of sport activities for children. Most visitors are German speaking. However there are some visitors from Spain, Eastern Europe, Italy, France, UK, etc. The ticket on bus costs 1.85 euro to most local destinations. Most staff apart from receptionists does not understand English and the kitchen staff could be a bit nicer.

Very good food, buffets lovely. Rooms comfortable, but basic, however you do get a large empty fridge which was really useful and there is a good cheap supermarket nearby, so we used it. The room safe must be paid for. Entertainment and hotel facilities all good. Only downside is that it is almost impossible to sit by any of the swimming pools, except the young children's pool (the one with the slides - which is situated behind the hotel in the entertainment area, not in the centre of the hotel where the other 3 pools are; small round baby pool, large childrens pool and main pool) because guests get up early to put towels on sunbeds to reserve them, even though the hotel state that this isn't allowed - this rule isn't enforced, and it should be! This is mainly a German hotel, only heard one other English family here in the whole 10 days of our stay.

It took us three hours to find the hotel. GPS could not locate it. The address listed was not the correct one. It took forever to check us in And we did not get the room we had booked. Room was tiny and the sheets had holes in them. Definitely not a four star hotel more a motel standard. The only good thing about the hotel was the staff. They were all very friendly and polite. Would never go back and not recommend to anyone.

Very good in every respect, except for two: 1) not very comfortable for a family stay, since the "family room" only has one room and therefore the kids or, in our case, the couple (since our 3-year old twins are too energetic to be left alone in the living room at night) will have to sleep in the living room; and 2) the surroundings are quite noisy until 23:00 or midnight, so for a family with small kids that is not the best, although the windows are well sound-proofed.

Simply a brilliant place for families to holiday. Hotel has 3 pools plus beach right next door - down a few steps. Lovely courtyard setting with buildings a max. 3 stories high. Beats the other 2 hotels in the resort hands down. Varied range of evening entertainment available. Some very good, some pretty average but they are attempting to cater to a wide range of tastes. Kids always able to be involved somehow. Hotel quietens down about 11pm. Some noise interference from hotels across road but this generally over by midnight and couldn't hear anything once our apartment door was shut. Rooms cleaned every day, linen/towels changed as often as you like. Facilities maintained to high standard - saw pool being hoovered every morning. Gorgeous pine tree and manicured garden surroundings. Over 200 sun beds surrounding pools each within touching distance of one another. Excellent selection of food available including for children. We went half board but wish we'd gone AI. Will definitely return to this hotel. Only other thing is guests are mainly German/French but we quite enjoyed the peace & quiet!
