Very nice.

Great stay

Excellent stay!

Worked out very for us. Very friendly and clean. Pool was clean.

The stay was very good. The pool was so nice and warm and it was not busy at all. The breakfast was good the only thing wrong was cold hash browns.The only thing that it needed was a microwave in the room.

We got in late around 12 midnight. Room 1: ceiling was leaking and dripping water all over the toilet. Room 2: sink was disgusting! Pic attached Room 3: air wasn’t working… front desk gave us batteries to install ourselves.

Service was great. We had a problem with the first room (air conditioning rattle) & we were quickly given another room. However, you might ask to be in odd number room because the traffic from the highway was loud and disturbed our sleep.

It was fine nothing special. Pricey for what it is honestly. It weird too the sink is not in the bathroom and one outlet had additional plugs but not the other. A bit of an inconvenience.

Room was comfortable and clean.

We liked the unusual layout in the lobby and the cozy at home environment as we ate breakfast. Our room also had more room than usual and seemed more like a suite. We could have stayed longer !

The only bad thing about this property was the tv. Tv stations cut in and out a lot.

We loved the stay, intimate seating in lobby. Small Bar but great conversations with Josetta and Valerie made the evening special. A typical Hyatt property. Strong customer service clean rooms.

I didnt like that my sink or bathtube didnt drain so i could use the sink or shower. Very inconvenient.

The front desk staff was absolutely horrible!! Rude, ticked off to even be there, never smiled.check in time was 3:00- we got there at 2:46pm- she said she did not have any room, I said ok how long do you think it will be? We can just wait here in the lobby, please let us know when our room is ready. A huge line began to form for check in’s. I did hear her tell two other people who came in behind us they would have to wait too. I assumed they would get a room after us, not the case. She proceeded to check in more random people that came in well after us and the other people that were waiting. I had yo walk up, wait in line- one person only working the front desk ask her , excuse me, what about us? She said- oh I had you in the bank of my mind, I was saving a room for you. She could see us sitting there waiting and she knew we had already checked in with my credit card and signed. We just had to show a ID when our room was ready. This was horrible service and a very mishaps employee representing your hotel. It gets worse. My husband went down the next morning to get coffee- no coffee or cream- completely out and no one to be found. He even had a conversation with another family looking fo coffee too. My husband sticks his head in the bank office behind the desk- no one. He then looks in the kitchen area- no one, oh wait he hears a bunch of laughter- The desk girl and a older lady were back in the laundry area just laughing- No one at the front desk. Horrible service!
