Property was fine some things were not disclosed and not enough staff spoke English

It's an old property but very comfortable rooms. I wish I could have another extra blanket and a hair dryer but I didn’t requested. I love the gym.

Friendly staff

Alex is the great manager. However the hotel is kind of outdated, needs to be renovated and the towels, the bed covers need to be replaced.

Just the rooms need some maintenance.

I don’t like the management treated the workers bad for no reason

Well situated for access to the main shopping area. Nice clean and quiet hotel. Staff were very friendly and assisted in all our requirements.

Ok for the price. Edmílson was a very good receptionist. Could hear some street noise from the 15th floor. AC was also noisy. Small TV. Big room. Nice shower. Breakfast was basic but nice. Good higiene due to the pandemic. I would stay there again.

Excelente localização, tudo perfeito, muito limpo, próximo a restaurantes e a praia. Recomendo demais este hotel, foi tudo excelente.

Check in it was very ease, specially the counter person Vivian, she went way beyond to make me welcome. Very friendly and always with a smile... the staff in general were nice, also the place very clean and spacious. I will definitely be back.

Comfortable hotel

I didn’t like the fact that plugs were far away from the bed. I had to leave my phone charging at the other side of the room
