Cozy and clean. Friendly staff

We chose this hotel because it said it was dog friendly. There was no outside space and we were put on the second floor. The dog was not allowed in the breakfast hall. There was no bar and no restaurant facilities. So we checked out. They refused to give a refund even though the hotel was not as described. I think they put false information in then keep the money.

A comfy bed, basic room but for 1 night was fine. Staff helpful.

The Hotel is just 10 minutes from the beach, very quiet staff was friendly and hotel room was clean.

A little noisy from the late night customers at the restaurant across the street. We also had expected 3 twin beds and actually had 2 double beds pushed together. Still worked for us, but not quite as comfortable as 3 twins would have been. But despite that, the place was clean, affordable, and the staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful-multilingual. Breakfast wasn’t included with the rate we paid, but we opted to purchase it one morning and it was delicious as well. Would come back.

Rooms are big and cleaned. Plenty of place for 2 persons. Decent breakfast with natural pressed Orange Juice. Central located in The village and of course 2 km to the beach.

Our holiday was perfect. The people in the hotel treated us very well. We had a car so were able to visit the fantastic beaches near by. The only problem was trying to park the car in San Juan. The hotel never had space for our car.

Staff excellent and helpful, spoke good English. Very clean welcoming entrance with short stay parking at the entrance reserved for clients. Underground parking tight for big cars. Unfortunately we were unable to sample the breakfast but the dining room was very clean. We had a very good value stay. If we need to stay again we would choose to stay here. WiFi very slow

Unlike last year, we got a newer part of the hotel with a well-functioning air conditioning. The room was spacias enough. Only thing I really would have liked to have is a mini fridge in the room.

It was a good hotel in a good area. It was in a local "barrio", close to food, laundrymat and more. It was in a safe location and staff was courteous and helpful. I would stay again.

Litet hotell med fantastiskt trevlig personal. Bra frukost, mycket rent och fint. Balkong mot en bakgata, helt ok för oss, entren går mot en öppen plats där det finns en bar/cafe som har öppet hela dagen och långt ut på kvällen.

Pues no muy buena, tuve que cambiar 3 veces de habitación, la primera se agrieto el techo y llegue por la noche y estaba llena de agua a la 1,00de madrugada tuve que cambiar de habitación, la 2° habitación no estaba en condiciones y la 3° no muy bien pero tenía balcón como pedía, las otras 2 no tenían balcon y el internet no funcionaba muy bien en las habitaciones, la chica de recepción muy amable,los otros chicos normal y un hombre fatal,muy agrio
