Loved the pool and the breakfast was fab. Rooms old style but clean and all that was needed for a 4 night stay.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Good onsite restaurant. Hotel needs air conditioning, particularly in bedrooms. .

The building is old and in need of refurbishment, no aircon which in the hotest June on record was a major problem. No ceiling fans either. Food was excellent and the outdoor pool a blessing in the oppressive heat. Definitely come to Jersey again but will stop elsewhere.

Outside pool in a heatwave was a godsend

Fantastic stay. Balcony was huge, and the weather was perfect. One day we struggled to park because there was an afternoon tea event, but generally all fine. Staff were all lovely. Disappointed that there were no working coffee machines at breakfast, just ready made filter coffee…I do love a cappuccino! Plus had to ask for decaf. A good selection though. Swimming pool and outdoor area was amazing.

Rooms were very dated but fortunately we were moved to a refurbished room which was excellent, more walk in showers needed. The rooms very very clean, Breakfasts excellent, outdoor pool area very nice. Restaurant was very nice and food good. The staff on reception were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for them, went out off their way to make sure we were happy with our stay. Would recommend as ideally situated within walking distance to sea front.

Our stay covered the June heatwave so not a normal time. The breakfast, pool, pool area, bar, hotel cleanliness & staff were all very good. The only downside was our room (37). End of a corridor at the front of the hotel & directly above the entrance to the hotel so all the deliveries were very noisy early in the morning. The room was stiflingly hot throughout the day despite the windows being open & the portable fan on. The hotel can’t do anything about the weather but the noise was disturbing especially as sleeping was already difficult.

Disappointed with the breakfasts. Very little fresh fruit. Oranges very dry. Hoped for fresh strawberries, blueberries etc. Bed room was very warm with small windows . Carpets a bit tired looking. Public areas were fine, especially the swimming pool. Staff friendly and helpful.

Clean room, amazing breakfast in nice airy breakfast room. The outdoor poor was cool but very welcoming after a warm day of site seeing. Centrally located and the restaurant was absolutely first class. Best fillet steak in Jersey with singers on a Weekday night and Jazz on a Friday. Would stay here if stopping in StHeliier or this side of the island again

Great place clean friendly staff, in the right area buses to all parts of the island.

Well located, just a few minutes walk from St Helier centre. Staff were all friendly & helpful, the breakfast was excellent with a good choice at the buffet.

Arrived whilst driving a hire car in a monsoon! Breakfast first then into the room before 10.30. Lovely balcony attached to suite. ALL the staff were very professional but must highlight two of the receptionists Laurine who let it be known that it was a holiday to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary - thanks for chocs and Teta who helped an oldie with his phone! Great stay great food and in the end great weather.

Good location to shops and all bus routes around island. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with plenty choice and fresh cooked menu available. The room we had had jacuzzi bath which was amazing. The deco was in need of some repair but we was aware of the owners doing things. It was very clean. All in an Amazon hotel. The fridge in our room was not working properly but that is the only negative.

Just got back from a 5 day holiday at the Savoy. Absolutely amazing!! Hotel was spotless, food amazing and the staff couldn't do enough for you. I will definitely be returning

The staff were absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent (but small portions), loved our stay .

The hotel was ok but not ‘top notch’. Some staff were excellent but others were not so good. Our room was good with plenty of space and a nice bathroom - the toiletries were not convenient for the bath or shower and could not be removed from their holder. Breakfast was nice but coffee machines were not working.

Excellent hotel , good service and friendly staff

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was the same and the mattress provided a very comfortable nights sleep which doesn’t happen at a lot of hotels. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and the breakfast room is very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff all around the hotel particularly on reception are also excellent. I would highly recommend the Savoy to anyone. We have already booked for next year!
